Great location to gillette. Didnt work with us with early check in so we had to check in after event late at night.

We are pretty disappointed to find the pool is closed. My kids have really been looking forward to swimming and we booked specifically for that reason, and so it is definitely something we will think about next time we book. We also aren't super happy about the room. We had very little toilet paper, tissues, lacked enough pillows and blankets for 4 guests, and have had many other Hilton experiences that were more impressive or satisfactory than this one has been. Also, staff at front desk rarely answered the phone and when we went down to the lobby any staff we saw were on phone calls or texting on their personal cell phones. Breakfast was sparse and they were out of omelette, egg sandwiches, waffle batter, hot cocoa, and orange juice. When I found someone not currently texting or talking on their cell phone, they barely acknowledged me when I asked if there would be more food coming out (it was 8am and there were only 5 other guests in the lobby for breakfast).

Front desk rep on 4/2/24 @7:30pm when I checked in was very polite and efficient. Hotel and room were very inviting and clean. Overall 5/5, no complaints and would definitely stay here again next time in Foxborough, MA for a game or visit.

Our room’s toilet had a broken handle and would flush. There was no maintenance so we had to pack up our family at 10:30 at night as we’d just checked in and move to another room on another floor. Sleep was hard to come by as lots of child hockey players were staying there and were allowed to run the halls and stomp around until 1 - 2 am each night.

Beautiful hotel with very comfortable room and good service.
I just wish the breakfast started a little earlier as we had to miss it to be in a meeting by 7am.

My bedding was not clean, had to call and complain 3 times only for them to bring me new sheets, 1 pillow case for 6 pillows and 2 ripped blankets. The staff that brought me those thibgs was rude and smelled of Marijuana. I was expected to strip these dirty beds myself and make them myself as well. There were hairs everywhere and scum in the tub. Worst cleanliness and service.

The front desk person was very helpful. She was friendly and kind. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast had a lot of hot and cold options. It was very busy but the people brought out food and clean dishes and utensils consistently. Everyone was working hard and friendly.

Was somewhat frustrated to find that I had to wait 20 minutes , being told that because I went thur hotels.com, they didn't have the information yet. Then once she got it, she was having a personal conversation with her child while working with me.

Booked room with 2 bed with extra money and they gave us room with one bed with accepting giving us any refund or any other room

Our key cards would not work to enter the room and the hotel staff keys wouldn't work either. They said we had to wait until the maintenance guy came in at 8am. We let them know we had a funeral to go to and now would be late. There was no compassion shown, only attitude given. 15/20 min past 8 I went upstairs to check only to find out our room door was fixed. We were sitting across from the front desk the whole time. I don't know if he just chose not to let us know or the maintenance person didnt tell him. Either way I was not impressed. Next time I make a 9hr trip by car to Boston I will be staying in a different hotel where staff are more compassionate.

Very safe lockable Elevators someone always at front desk entrance. The room was exceptionally clean,The staff were friendly and helpful .Easy to get to Patriots plaza and stadium.
