Visit our daughter in. Burbank and we love this hotel but they definitely need more USB ports and outlets. In this day and age, everyone has to charge their toys!

I expected more from the Hiltons Hotels. Beds were squealing every time you will sit on the bed or lay on the bed. The shower head was rusted. When showering I had warm water and cold water come and go during my shower. So I had to take a quick shower.

we stayed in a king suite which had 2 bathrooms. Two bathrooms!!! What more do you need. It tends to be a tad loud from various machines in and around the hotel but not too bad. Parking is easy. Breakfast options are quick and easy and the hotel is close to everything

Location at very nice area, easy parking

Positives: The check-in staff were friendly and accommodated our request for a top-floor room away from the elevator. The indoor parking, conveniently located near the elevator, streamlined our check-in process, and the room was notably clean. Negatives: Unfortunately, the rooms lack sufficient sound insulation, creating challenges for those seeking a peaceful environment, as noise from nearby rooms is easily audible. The constant and noisy bathroom ventilation, along with the shaking of the floor and furniture from nearby footsteps, were additional drawbacks. Furthermore, a late-night staff call regarding noise disrupted our sleep, and the initial charge for untouched water bottles (though they've agreed to refund us) added to the inconvenience. For light sleepers, this hotel may not be the most suitable choice.

The beds were terrible, very hard and uncomfortable. We were guests for 3days and never saw house keeping. We had to get towels from the front desk and ended up with bath mats not even towels.

Close to the 5 freeway and a few blocks from downtown Burbank make the location good. Walls and insulation are paper thin, can hear TV and conversations of adjacent rooms. Lots of dogs running around and some are barking while in the hallways. Room was not that clean, refrigerator had a leftover beverage when we checked in. Checking out with Cynthia was not pleasant as she let me know my Hilton honors credit could not be used because it would have had to been used on the first night even though no one told me otherwise. She seemed quite smug and was uncompromising.

It wasn’t a pleasant experience, room and furniture is old, beds are so uncomfortable, mattress are thin and hard, woke up with back pain 3 nights that we stayed there, The bedding was stained, room was dusty and didn’t feel clean. We stayed three nights room was not cleaned and when asked they didn’t do it, had to be asking for clean towels constantly 2 out of 4 times I called they didn’t bring us clean towels so we gave up. Had to call front desk because our bathtub was not draining. Overall not a Hilton experience, all this plus you get to pay $25 dls for parking per night. Do not stay here!!

We were given a key to a room 211 that still has guest in it. Then all night the people upstairs would not let us sleep, sounded like roofing work was being done from 4 am through 10:30am. This was the worst stay and it’s very disappointing as this has always been my favorite place to stay.

This is definitely one of the nicer hotels I have stayed at in a while. The proximity to Universal Studios and restaurants was great! Room was VERY clean, comfortable, and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. They only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because the toilet had a leak at the base, like when the wax seal goes bad, that got my socks wet, when I used the toilet. Other than that would have been a 5 across the board.

It was perfect little place in down town Burbank. So close to shopping and movie theaters. The hotel had great service no complaints form our family

They were working outside in the pool area and there was black stuff all over. We were there over a weekend and had no housekeeping. Had to go to front desk to get clean towels.

are the amount of money that I paid it should’ve been quieter. You could hear the ice machine you could hear door slamming all night you could hear the neighbors coming in late the rooms were very large and as a result had no sound baffling which amplified any sounds

The hotel is great.. but out the window is an abandoned rundown house with trash in the yard...

Be weary staying at this hotel when booking from a 3rd party site. Do not get the money in a timely manner. Room shower curtain had unknown substance on it, very gross. Other than that room was good for my family. The breakfast….not worth the 25 dollars! That should be included in the price of the room with what they offered. Or offer omelets to order, better food choices. That was the biggest rip off.

Convenient location to catch shuttle to Hollywood Bowl. Stayed one night. Quiet, clean, comfy. Wish breakfast was free.

The room was ok. The sheets don’t fit the bed. We can hear neighbors next door, up above us. Needs some sound proofing for a Hilton Hotel, it seems it’s low end.

We arrived an hour after the check in time. Check in staff initially struggled to find our reservation, then informed us that one of our two rooms was not ready. After waiting a while, they found our reservation and an available room on a different floor. When we arrived to our rooms, they both smelled very strange and certainly not fresh or pleasant. Below is a picture of a dirty pair of bathing suit bottoms and a brown stained washcloth that was discovered in the hair dryer cubby hole. Up to this point, I was just very unhappy about spending $335 per room for one night! After this dirty discovery, I was absolutely disgusted. I really expected a better experience after spending 1/4 of my monthly mortgage on a one night stay at the Hilton. Needless to say, I will never stay at a Hilton again. Two final comments/suggestions… more astute greeters/desk personnel may be a good idea. Requiring these staff members ask how someone’s stay was when they check out should be part of the script for every guest. It may also be a good idea to not have additional fees for parking and the very plain hotel breakfast when guests are paying $335 per night!
