Beautiful cozy Inn, great location, very congenial and helpful staff. I wish the stairs had better lighting. Yes, there was an elevator but if you wanted to use the stairs they were pretty dark. Other than that, it was excellent.

Absolutely great location on Broad St. Great accommodations, comfortable bed, nice linens, and wonderful bathroom with shower.

Definitely worth upgrading to the King Suite for the best experience! Spacious, immaculate, comfortable, and charming accommodations with the best location in town. John and the staff were so kind and did a wonderful job of taking care of us! We had a spectacular mother/daughter weekend on the Island!

Lots of character. Standard Queen nice size. Beautiful tile in shower.

I liked the decor and the easy access and walkability to cobblestones Main Street.
I wish their restaurant was open during my visit.

Very nice place. 2 Blocks from ferry docks. Right in downtown. Most things walkable. Restaurant and bar were closed for season during my visit. I had a room on the first floor which was very susceptible to road noise. Also, room did not have a desk, so working in the room was make-shift. Overall, very nice place to stay, but I would recommend staying on upper levels.

Front desk sraff very helpful. Room very small. Safe and fridge hidden behind cabinets, in dark entrance, didn’t even know they were there until the day of departure. Very convenient to Main Street.

Perfect aesthetic. Always great staff and the restaurant is delicious. I’ve stayed three times, switched the bath products and my room this time around had a firmer bed but was still delightful.

The staff was outstanding. The hotel is in a great location to all the area restaurants & shopping.

Great location, friendly staff and ok amenities. The bathroom door didn’t close and we had a claw foot tub that made a mess. Overall fine…very close to all the stores and restaurants.

Great location in the heart of the village, walk to everything. The inn is clean with a friendly knowledgeable staff. Our room, a standard Queen, was nicely appointed but on the small side. The sitting areas convert to a bar and restaurant at night (operated by another group) so are not available as common areas after 3pm on days the restaurant is open.

Great location. There was no lobby or area to spend anytime outside of the room. It was very loud in the room, you could hear the noise from the street and the HVAC unit. The bathroom door did not close and the shower was built into a free standing tub and was very low.

The grade in the house was the most lovely experience imaginable. The rooms, the building, the staff, all superb. My only comment would be it would be nice to have more bike parking and also a way to arrange to have someone meet you at the ferry tour be able to assist with baggage carrying to and from the fairies. Other than that it was outstanding and I would recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely gorgeous room and bathroom (with Waterworks fixtures) and luxurious linens. I had a room over the restaurant, which was noisy, but the room had a white noise machine, which worked very well and I had no trouble falling asleep. Great location with everything in Downtown Nantucket just steps away.

Great hotel, understandably the Resturant would be closed since it’s off season however wish they would man the bar!

The room was listed on Expedia as a garden view (although we knew it was a basement room), the view was a small casement window of the street above through a bush. The hotel said the room had a walk in shower, we got a claw foot bathtub with clumsy curtains that caused the bathroom to flood (there is extensive damage to the floor caused by repeated events of this happening. The bathroom was moldy. There was an iron and no ironing board, no speaker as listed. You could hear every single footstep above you. There was nothing ‘deluxe’ about the experience or to justify the extremely high price. We were really disappointed. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the location is excellent. 2/5

A really unique place, with amazing staff and service. It has such a great location but the staff and the service really made the stay amazing. I will be staying here every time i am in Nantucket. Also be sure to eat the the restaurant, and the beach chairs and bags were a great and unexpected surprise.
