The hotel was very modern, it was nice but staff want very polite or inviting and you have to pay extra for parking when you’re already paying premium prices for the stay. Water pressure was lacking and hot water was hit or miss. Location was convenient and all that was worth paying those kind of prices for. We asked for extra towels and were told there weren’t any. If you have to use the toilet in the middle of the night, you will wake the whole room up due to the LED lights all being on 1 switch. Walls are paper thin, you can hear way more than you want to. The on room fridge made awful noises to the point of waking you up. The bed was not very comfortable. The room was clean and nice, but not worth the price. They had “made to order” breakfast in the morning but none of it was “made to order”. My husband asked for something without Avocado and he was told “no, that’s all we have”.

This was Christmas gift to our three children and their spouses. They loved their weekend!

While the location was perfect for where we were going and the staff was great, there were a couple of issues. The sliding door on the bathroom would not close all the way and the soap dispenser in the shower was broke, so no soap. The shower put out lukewarm water at 8 am. But the room was very clean.

The bathroom door hit vanity when opening. Bathroom door sounded like rollers were square not round.

Nice hotel on the levee, very close to lots of restaurants and activities to do. Clean room with a good shower.

Great property!!

It was a great just relaxing trip. I love being able to bring my dogs. Many people didn't even know they were there. I spilt some soda and needed bed changed. Was told sorry no house keeping available. But would change rooms. So that was kinda a ohhh ok remark. Who wants to change rooms at 3am.?

Staying over Christmas was probably a variable. We were informed there was housekeeping/change of towels etc. only on request. It seemed to be a skeleton crew but they were all very pleasant persons. The room design left a lot to be desired in my opinion. Minimal drawer space...two office desks but only one office chair. A convenient location given the reasons for my trip. I sense it is a pied-a-terre type of hotel for persons doing business or attending events in the downtown Cincinnati area. One last thought...it's nice that the hotel is pet friendly but please vacuum up the kibble left by the previous occupants' dog.

Great stay. Hotel was very clean and quiet, although it was hosting some larger parties. Location is great for walking.

Great customer service, clean room, comfortable bed, hot shower and plenty of food options within walking distance. Excellent place for 1 or 2 nights.

The room could use some work. The mattress was a little hard to me. The floor looked dirty. The coffee pot was dirty and unusable. Would have been fine but they didn't have coffee in lobby either. Have stayed here before and each time there's a decline.

We liked the cleanliness and the staff. Our tv only worked part of the time. We were also unable to order coffee because the machine was broken.

Very helpful staff, i was traveling alone staff told me the best places to walk to for food. I enjoyed the quiet, low key hotel bar. The bartender went above and beyond to help me.

The hotel is super convenient to the Newport on the Levee shopping and dining area, aquarium, and walking bridge. The rooms seemed overpriced for the amenities and the cleanliness standards, the carpet definitely needs to be replaced and the provided toiletries (soap, etc) and mattress were extremely poor quality. The room’s mini fridge and air conditioning units were super noisy and made loud clicking sounds throughout the night.

The Aloft was a very nice modern hotel. The hotel was clean and very pleasing visually. The TV worked but the guide didn’t. You had no clue what channel was what. That seems like an easy fix that needs made. Plenty of restaurants around plus we were a 15 minute walk to Heritage Bank Center for the Kiss show. Overall if I’m back for another show I’m staying at the Aloft

I thought the stay was great. My boys loved the pool table. It was too cold for the outdoor activities, but they looked fun. Only minor issues were that one of the two elevators was out of service one of the days, and there were no stairs to the room. Also, there was no way to shower early without turning on lights and waking up the other guests. It would be great if there was a door or partition to allow for bathroom use and not impact the lighting in the other (sleeping) room.

Love the location and the hotel itself was super nice. Only recommendation would be to add coffee straws or stirrers in the rooms. Both ladies at the desk were kind and efficient checking in and out.

Aloft was great for the most part. It was rather pricey compared to other Alofts we have been to. Room had 1 hanger, no hooks for coats, ect.

Rooms were super small for the price, I usually stay at the Hampton which is a little cheaper and the rooms are way bigger, the pool is super small also

I had a great stay at this hotel. Nice place for pets to stay staff were very welcoming and willing to assist with anything.

Convenient parking, great location and comfortable bed

Our stay was great. Only minor issue was the room TV didnt have any smart options where we could connect to our devices for streaming.

Service at counter was excellent, the room was pretty basic for an Aloft property. Location was excellent, went to a concert at Megacorp pavilion on the levee and was able to make it within 10 min. Appreciated the fact the Aloft is per friendly as well.

Worked perfectly for an overnight location in conjunction with attending a concert at MegaCorp Pavilion!

The hotel was nice one thing that was annoying it was TV in the room hardly any program’s working

Pretty much our whole experience was awful, starting elevators not working had to walk up stairs to enter and they were located outside of the building, the walls are very thin you can hear everything in the hall and outside, receptionist was very rude when we called to find out the programming on tv didn’t line up with what it stated was on. Was told to just flip through all the channels until we found the game!! The pillows were bad made my neck kinked all weekend and made me have a major headache.

Great location to everything, restaurants,bars,and Newport Aquarium
