My wife and I have stayed here numerous times. We have been in every room except #5 (maybe next trip). Every room is exactly as described, very clean with comfortable beds. They are perfectly located for our visits to UC. This property is the first one I check every time we plan a trip to the area. I would highly recommend it.

My partner and I were in town for a comedy show. The location, check-in process, stay and communication were beyond what was expected. There's also a nice little barbecue spot behind the property that is worth checking out!

My partner and I stayed here while traveling for a concert in Cincinnati. It is within walking distance to plenty of attractions and restaurants in Newport and Cinci. Everything was exactly as described, very clean, and the owners were very communicative and thorough. The room itself is pretty, comfortable, and charming with a large adjacent bathroom. Will absolutely stay here again when we come back to the area!

Perfect spot to walk to Reds game, downtown Cincinnati and Over- The-Rhine. Parked our car in free designated parking lot and was able to walk to brewery and coffee shops. Great tips and recommendations by owners. Excellent communication through VRBO emails. Bed comfy and great shower! Had everything we needed.

Nice clean place to stay! We were in town for a concert at Riverbend and the drive was not too far. Would definitely stay again especially after realizing how close it was to everything!

We enjoyed our stay at the Newport Inn. We are return visitors and once again, it did not disappoint. The room is clean, nicely decorated and is comfortable. Owners are extremely easy to work with. 10 out of 10 stars!

This is a great place to stay for concerts at Riverbend. It took no longer than 25-30 minutes with concert traffic to get back. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance (Press on Monmouth is amazing for breakfast/brunch!!)

We loved this place. It's so clean and comfy! The location is great for where we like to hang out. For some context, the small details mean everything to us. Very nice bed, nice linens, loved the bathroom/shower, and not a full list of tasks to do before we left. We'll definitely be back.

The boutique was so cute and the lady that greated us was great! She helped us find our way to the back door to access our room. I also ended up buying a couple things and had a drink at the cute little bar. The room was perfect for my husband a I. Now, the neighborhood is another thing. We are from Cincinnati, but I didn't realize exactly where it was located. To get to our room from the street, you need to walk through the strip club parking lot to the back alley (we didn't have a car). There is nice parking in the back of the hotel if you have a car. We needed the location for a band we came to see at the Southgate House. I know this isn't the hotels fault, but the people above us were extremely loud with music and talking until about 1am, then the street noise from the two strip clubs next door closing started up. We had to get up at 4am to catch our flight, so not much sleep that night. But, overall, the room was really nice and clean.

I had intended to actually stay in Cincinnati but my lodging fell through. I was unfamiliar with the area in general and found this space in Newport.
The listing offered all the restaurants, and other amenities in the area which made it easy for me to navigate. I was out the next morning so I didn't really explore the area but everything was exactly at they described.
The unit was clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The snacks were a plus too! I didn't take advantage of their connected wine shop, but I did walk through and they were very nice.
The only tiny thing I would change were the pillows on the bed, as they were a bit skinny and not very comfortable. I still had a great night's sleep so it all worked out.

This was my second time renting this exact room. It is a beautiful room and it is very dark and quiet with the blinds down. The boutique was very nice as well.

Beautiful, clean suite, just as listed on VRBO. Location was great. Boutiques, stadium, Newport on the levee all within walking distance. Suite was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Host was communicative, prompt and friendly. A terrific start to our honeymoon destinations. We will definitely stay again!

I'll try to keep it brief:
- Location: Fantastic. less than 1/2 mile to Newport on the Levy, only a mile from Covington and about the same to downtown Cincinnati.
- Check In/Out: Super Easy, absolutely no issues
- Cleanliness: This is a big one for me as I travel a bunch for business. ZERO complaints and kudos for a very clean place
- WiFi/TV Streaming: Works well, clearly noted on how to access, etc. Today's world this is a must and they delivered
- Other: Shower is strong and hot. Perfect.
- Value for my money: Excellent. I would choose this VRBO again.
Conclusion: We had a wonderful stay and would rent again. We came downtown for a wedding that was in Cincinnati and the reception was at "The Syndicate" in Newport. This was a very short walk to/from - no worries about having to drive. This was huge.

Our day started great leaving Smokey mountain from three beautiful days so sights and hikes. Our truck broke down from a false sensor alarm south of Lexington putting us in a dangerous situation getting from the passing lane to the curb to an exit off the expressway. It took us until 10pm to get into our room. Jeff was accessible to talk with through our entire debacle and was a calming factor. We lost the whole day of playing in Newport but couldn’t have been in a better place to get a recovery night sleep. It was cool as heck had all the essentials of home clean classy and totally functional. Only a couple suggestions. Hey f somehow the blue light on the climate control and the hall light could both be darkened it would be even better. Great place recommend to anyone traveling

The apartment is very easy to find using the directions provided as was the parking area that is maybe 20.yards from e apartment. Everything was great except that if you a light sleeper you will wake up when the tenants upstairs begin walking around. This is not owners fault and nothing can be done about this when dealing with an old building.
Only a couple blocks from Newport on the Levee attractions and even closer to several bars and restaurants. Also a better value (at least when I stayed) to rapidly increasing hotel prices.

Very cute property!
We loved staying here! It was clean and in a convenient location. I loved the e updated bathroom and the exposed brick. Walkable to lots of restaurants, Newport on the Levee and breweries. The boutique they have also has lots of great clothes, jewelry and wine and affordable prices. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect place for a great weekend!!
We stayed at the Newport Inn June 2rd - 5th. We came to town to see Home Free at the Taft Theatre. Check-In was easy and the host was very prompt with directions, suggestions and things to do, places to eat. We walked the main strip, visited the Antique Shops, ate at a few restaurants and also went to the NewRiff Distillery, which is in Newport! We absolutely loved Beards & Bellies BBQ in the adjoining parking lot - SO DELICIOUS!! We loved the room, the bed was so comfortable, and the snacks and water they left in the room were perfect for having something to snack on late at night. The Urban Chick Boutique was very hip and of course, we spent some $$$ there as well... Love the Kentucky Coffee I purchased from there! Jeff and Terri were great hosts and we hope to stay there again in our future travels...

Great location in Newport! Walking distance aquarium, Urban Chic & many other fantastic small business. Stayed there to do Flying Pig Half, walked to & from the Vrbo to start & finish swine!

Wonderful Place
The room we had at Newport Inn was absolutely charming, had everything we needed and was close to where we wanted to go. It was also fun to walk around and look at the beautiful old houses nearby.
