Expectations were low, it’s a ski town and we just booked it to sleep. But pleasantly surprised with the awesome breakfast (so much variety) and the hot tub, pool and gym. Room was spacious,amenities were more than most places have and staff were nice.would come back

Good stay. Amazing bed , king size comfortable. Large room. Breakfast good. Service excellent. Only problem was we were next to breakfast room and across from meeting room in which a lot of noisy kids were jumping, running, banging and just noisy. When we complained at 10 pm the administration at desk emptied the room and all was quiet. Thanks to the administration.

Fantastic experience at the Ramada! I was treated very well by the staff, great breakfast and coming back to the room after my busy days at the resort on a course (my reason for coming) to a nice clean room was awesome. And the classroom portion being downstairs was very convenient. I will definitely be back!

Nice place clean and very good breakfast. Our only complaint was they had groups of hockey team. Very noisy and very disrespectful!!! Even the front desk said this was the quietest group compared to others.

I likes the pool for the children and was so over joyed to recieve a conplimentary upgrade.

Great location and modern hotel, but bad service. There was poop from previous occupants dried onto the floor in the bathroom. After asking them to clean it twice we finally scrubbed it off ourselves.

Over all it was a great stay except for the breakfast buffet...we came down around 9:30is and it there was nothing but old food, nothing fresh...that's about it..

Supposed to be a 2 bedroom suite ended up being a 1 bedroom room with 2 double beds for 4 adults and 2 kids

The detached bedroom suite has the thermostat in the main area and the only heater in the bedroom. When the door was closed the main area was cold and the bedroom 8 degrees hotter. Terrible design.
The hottub was out of order. Floor tiles throughout the hotel were cracked and not replaced. Multiple cutouts in the drywall were unrepaired throughout hotel.
The only plus to the stay was that the breakfast was exceptional! The kitchen staff were fantastic and the food was top notch.

Lovely off the highway property. Our kids loved the pool and slide. There was enough choice for breakfast and the staff were very knowledgeable on the local area. They recommended a lovely bar for food called village idiot. Pizzas were amazing!!

Had a great stay. The room was clean, and beds were comfy. We stayed in the family suite and the only complaint I have is that the room doesn't have a small table and chairs. I would have been more convenient for eating but we made due, so no biggie. Was bummed out the hot tub was out of commission but it happens. All in all, a great place and I would stay there again.

Nice place to stay, clean and location is pretty good. 10 min walk to Railway Museum. Really good breakfast. But hot tub is not working as of today. Our room definitely requires some renovation soon. Overall we really enjoyed our time there.

Overall, satisfied. The front desk lady, Wictoria, was delightful and personable. The bathroom electrical outlet, top and bottom did not work, even with doing the reset buttons. The electrical outlet behind the end table between beds, only one outlet worked, so could not plug in clock and light at same time. I hope they got those fixed. Seems odd that two outlets in one room were defective. Room 209. Otherwise, it was a clean and lovely room. I would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay. Really appreciated shower - rather than bathtub. Good nights sleep - would recommend hotel. Breakfast was also very good.

Was upgraded to jacuzzi suite with fireplace. Very nice and clean but air conditioning is quite loud for very light sleepers.

The included breakfast had both hot and cold options, not just a typical muffin and coffee. This saved us probably $40 per day, as we were good until dinner, without needing to stop for a full lunch. We used the laundry facilities, which were very clean and reasonable ($3 per machine). The property felt vey safe and there was a 24 hour desk clerk. The pool and hot tub area was also very clean. Overall, it was a very good stay and I would definitely book again!

We loved our stay at the Ramada, so much that we stayed both on our coming and going of our trip to see family. The rooms were lovely, the staff was great and the breakfast was the best I have ever had. We also had a great time in the pool area.

It’s easy access, just beside the highway. Very close to the center of town. Friendly staff.
Only negative thing I have to say is that one of the towels had a long strand of hair in it. We had enough clean towels that we could use.
