Make this review sound better and more concise " We stayed at the Five to Five hotel. I want to give this the highest number of stars as possible. We have stayed at several hotels while in Rwanda, but this one was the best. They provided us with outstanding customer service, 5 star hotel assistance and the hotel rooms were immaculate. The food, breakfast and Dinner, was better than any restaurant we have been to. We stayed in room 212 which was cleaned everytime we would leave for the day. I am so pleased to have stayed in this hotel. All the staff were perfectly accommodating. I would recommend anyone coming from America to stay at this hotel. It is priced very well for everything you get."

We picked this place because it had decent reviews and was very close to the airport but sadly the noise from outside was so loud we could barely sleep even after changing rooms . Not to mention we saw 2 different prostitute situations happening in the hotel which made it very uncomfortable to sleep without being completely disgusted. Great for a cheap night close to the airport if you don’t mind the things I mentioned. The staff was all very friendly though!!!

Staff was great., Welcomed with a nice glass of passion fruit juice. But nearby, seemingly right outside my window, which I could not completely close, there was a lot of loud talking until about 4 am. Terrible sleep. Perhaps there is a quiet side?

This property needs a renovation; lots of things are old and getting rusty; breakfast options are limited; staff are overstretched; they are certainly doing their best but for the price they charge they need to offer a premium service.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff are the best. They always had a smile on their faces and willing to assist in whatever way possible. Also, the restaurant had some amazing food.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The 24/7 room service/kitchen was great too - a full menu of food options available to order at anytime. I had a very late arrival and check-in but was able to order a complete dinner cooked from scratch. I will be back to this hotel!

However a great choice if you want to be in a very central part of town amongst the local people, rather than isolating yourself in one of the upmarket Western chains. Great views across Kigali from the restaurant and the most rooms, some of which have balconies. There is also an attractive outside space for the evening. Wi-Fi was usable most of the time but some short outages especially if viewing films.

the hotel is basic but keep a very good standard. Wi Fi works very nicely, few international channel at the TV, a good quality restaurant (and cheap), good breakfast, very clean property and most of all, an extremely good, always ready to help and and very respectful staff. It is the staff who make the difference. Rooms are not big, but for one person are perfect.

We were received by jolly lady she gave us good company as we waited for the shuttle! We were received at the hotel by a polite gentleman. I would sleep at your facility again! The bathroom glass doors need to be cleaned better.
