They did not have our selected double queen room available when we arrived but made up for it with 2 single king rooms, one being a suite. Very nice gesture to make up for their mistake. Breakfast was not as good as other similar hotels but otherwise was a nice stay.

Turning on to many lights in the room would trip a breaker causing all power to the room to stop. No Ac, no Tv, no lights. How can you have a circuit that overloaded in a hotel? Doesnt seem to safe.. Found chocolate and rose petals all over the room and floor. When going to sleep i found tons of rose petals and stains throughout the bed and sheets. Can only assume the blankets and sheets were not changed after someones love making session, disgusting. On top of that they decided to included a mysterious charge for food on my bill?

Came into town for a couple of days. Convenient to a lot of locations to eat and shop. Hotel was clean and quiet. Even with a group of youth in town for a tournament, I never heard them. Would definitely stay again. Staff were friendly and the gentleman that checked me in was very nice and accommodating. He said he was new to the property and he treated it as his own. I like that.

I have mix feelings about this experience. But I have to say the smell in this hotel was pretty bad. The fact that they accept animals it’s okay what is not okay is that in our room was carpet on the floor when I specifically booked this hotel because of the misleading picture with floating floor. Animals and carpet don’t GO together. Breakfast is just okay of poor. I do not recommend this hotel.

This hotel will completely change your reservation and give you a completely different room from what you reserved and paid for without telling you anything in advance. If you do not book directly with them and use a 3rd party service and they overbook, they will screw you out of your room and not offer anything in return. Terrible, terrible service. Breakfast was discussing, rooms were not clean, our pull out sofa matress had hair on the sheets from like what looks to be a wig, their small concession fridge had about 2 sodas, water and the reat were diet drinks. I will never use this hotel again!

Hotel wasn’t very clean in general. Shattered glass on 5th floor when you walk out of the elevator. The sheets for the pull out were dirty. I requested new ones. The towels and shower were dirty.
Front desk person, can’t remember his name. But he was very nice and accommodating.
Breakfast wasn’t bad, one lady had to do everything. Felt bad for her, she tried her hardest to keep everything stocked and going.

Started experiencing bites within a week of saying here, found out we were infested with beg bugs that’ll cost me $500+ to get treated. The place smells terrible, the breakfast wasn’t worth the calories. Just don’t stay here…

We have stayed at this hotel before, but this time our room was not as clean as I would have hoped. There were chip crumbs on the night stand and random hairs throughout the bathroom. The breakfast selection was less than par. The service was excellent and the beds are always very comfortable. We would probably stay here again, but they need to take more time cleaning the rooms!

Everything BUT breakfast was great! Friendliness, comfort, cleanliness, and convenience were fantastic. The breakfast everyone of the four days I was there (and I always went 45 minutes into the 3 hour timeframe) was lacking essentials. Two out of the four days no milk; one day they were out of egg sandwiches and the waffle maker wasn't working; two of the days only had under-ripe oranges and no other fruit; one day there was no oatmeal; and the last day was out of coffee. I understand last minute rushes, but at 6:45 AM it should all be there...it was a challenge to have anything healthy (one day it was a bage or nothing!)

Great place to stay, staff were very friendly. We moved to another room after 1 day and later on i notice that i forgot my flashlight. The cleaning staff did find it but they forgot were they put it. So I left 4 days later with no flashlight. The breakfast was ok but need more workers to keep food refresh and coffee hot. Fitness room was good plus i enjoyed walking outside and felt safe. I would stay again.

Like most other reviewers, the actual hotel itself was fine, but the staff left much to be desired.
The staff all seem to hate their jobs and see guests as nuisances. They catch attitudes when ever you dare to ask them a question or have a request. The hotel is nice, but due to the staff I wouldn't book again.

Loved our room, the whole check in process was flawless, super clean accommodations. We would definitely stay there again.

b) Some lights did not work.
c) Bed had no support, pillows were way too big.
d) Water pressure in shower was a dribble.
e) Breakfast eggs and sandwiches were simply bad.

During Check in, we found out that the handicap accessible king suite, that we had pre booked was not available, so we were given another king suite that was not the same size as the room we booked.
