Stay was okay. The room did not have a desk for my business needs. Bed was good. Shower leaked water out into the bathroom floor…you could tell the water leakage was an ongoing problem due to replaced tile. No microwave was a disappointment. Breakfast was okay.

We had a great stay! Place was clean and welcoming. Only issue was we couldn't get connected to the wifi but wasn't a big deal for us as we were just using it for our phones so didn't ask the front desk for help. Breakfast was good. Check out was easy. Lounge/lobby was great, lots of comfy seating and air hockey foosball and a pool table.

Check in was good. The breakfast bar was, also. The floor of our room was dirty. The linens on the bed were average at best. The fitted bottom sheet kept slipping off. The hotel was quiet. Appreciated that. I have seen Hilton do better

Clean but odor of marijuana near entrance. Never could get wifi to work - told me I had to be a member or may be subject to charges for wifi. Signed up for membership but wifi still didn’t work. No real blanket on bed, it looked almost like a mattress pad with quilting only to the edge of the bed but then a thin fabric edging. No enough quilt to stretch over two people in bed. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Great hotel , clean , breakfast was good - they offer a hot breakfast and always have coffee and tea available which is great . There is many food and shopping options down the road . There is a fridge in room but no microwave, there is a parking fee which is listed on the booking website- so any reviews that talk about not know about a parking fee is because they haven’t read it when checking out - I do suggest the staff should tell you though when checking in because they don’t - That I will say is sneaky - luckily I already knew about the fee and was prepared and asked about it . All in all my stay was very good and will definitely stay again .

The stay was over all good. I loved the location of my room which was right next to the side exit so I could park close. My only issue was the remote for the TV. The Power button did not work so I always had to manually turn the TV off and on.

I’d expect more from a Hilton branded hotel. The shower is already looking worn, visible water stains. Door lock had to be lifted with force to lock. Flat pillows that don’t hold your head up. King spring mattress worn (get memory foam ya cheapskates). TV unplugged so we plugged it up and it’s not user friendly at all. There’s no carpet in the room so that’s both good and bad. The HVAC was noisy. We only had one washcloth between the two of us. Hotel also adds a $8.50 fee for “incidentals”. When asked what “incidentals” were, the front desk told me “parking lot maintenance”. Bah. The parking lot was abysmal, a solid sheet of ice that had not been treated with salt or cleared with a plow or shovel. Lies. Serves them right if someone falls and sues. Won’t be staying there again. Other hotels in this area are better.

Unlike the Tru Hilton in Manassas, VA, this hotel proved to be a disaster. If I visit Smyrna, TN, again for business, I plan to NOT choose this hotel again. Your front desk staff are not well-trained (good people but lacking in professionalism, courtesy and any concept of customer service) and your maintenance was ATROCIOUS. The toilet seat was broken and it did not get repaired until the evening of the third day of my 4-day trip. You need to clean up your act at this hotel.
BUT .... it is pet friendly so I got to play with a lot of my favorite furry friends on my elevator trips.

First when we arrived the area marked to park for check in was actually at the other entrance front the check in desk. When we walked up to the check in, once the register was off the phone. I tried to speak to her and was cut off mid sentence telling me you need to wait. Once we were checked in we tried to use the luggage trolley, two tires were flat on both of the two that were available at the entrance. In the room there was hair in the folded towel, there was black grim on the bottom of the shower inside and outside. There was no ice bucket in the room. At the ice machine there was only one communal bowl setting there to us to scoop ice out. It felt as if we rented a room in the dorms. The beds did seem clean. Which we were thankful for.

The booking was easy. Property was easy to get to from the highway. Property and staff was pleasant. Room allowed my family to be together- smelled so wonderful- my aromatherapy. Loved the included breakfast and ability to grill on the property. I was even able to sign out with the app.

Property was easy to navigate. It’s located 3 mins away from shopping such as Target, Ross, Dollar Tree, and CVS. Food choices are affordable. The hotel is ultra modern and contemporary. Beautiful furnishing and art work. Breakfast was better than expected. Warm and plentiful. We were in town for 3 days. This location was definitely a winner ❤️

Overall this was a good stay but the room was not fully cleaned. The bottom of the shower door had lots of mold all over it. The wall next to the bed had some kind of red juice looking residue all over the baseboard. The floors felt very sticky.

This hotel is a great place to stay. It is the cleanest hotel that I have stayed in in a long time. I have found that the rooms are half clean in many hotels lately. The staff exhibited good customer service and the breakfast was superb. It was real food, with various choices, no continental breakfast. I highly recommend Tru by Hilton!

Did not get any sleep. The walls are paper thin, people were up all night in halls talking loud, tvs up loud, people slamming doors and staff did nothing with complaints. Never staying at Tru again.

Check in was fast and easy. The lobby area was nicely decorated and had several fun game options. Also appreciated having some snacks and beverages for quick purchases. Overall it's in a great location, tucked back from the interstate a bit so not too much noise, close to restaurants, Target, gas, etc. We felt safe there, beds were comfy, having a mini fridge was helpful, and breakfast options were good also. The only cons for me were 1) the walls being pretty thin and neighbors cranking up their TV at night (luckily had a sound machine that drowned that out), and 2) the shower smelled like bleach yet still had some pink mildew lingering on the shower head and around the rim. Not too bad for one night!

Great Hotel and stay. Have stayed at this Hotel several times in the last 4 years. Never disappointed. This last stay i was charged $4.95 for a parking recapture fee and we left. Haven't gotten an answer as to what this is.
