My check-in was very slow, as there was only one person on-duty (about 5:00 PM) She was waiting on another person, so I had to wait about ten minutes for my 3-minute check-in.
We were disappointed to find out breakfast was not included. The breakfast offerings were few and over-priced. We drove to a restaurant and had an excellent breakfast for 50% less cost.

It was easy to get to off the interstate. There was lots of snow and very cold, but the parking lots were cleared. It was cold in the lobby but it was -25 below windchill. The staff was friendly and helpful!

Mattress was like sleeping on the floor, room was 75 degrees and couldn’t get the thermostat to work.

Excellent stay and the staff were very nice and accommodating. Really enjoyed the atmosphere of the lobby and bar area.

Hotel was out of rooms. We had to look elsewhere dor a room. Front desk persone was very kind but couldn’t help us. Please refund our reservation.

I would have given this hotel 5 stars but for the limited breakfast menu. The rooms were bright, well lit and very comfortable with a large TV. We had prepaid for breakfast. The menu in the room listed many items including pancakes, french toast. When we came down for breakfast, we found a new menu which did not have what we wanted.

There is some type of alarm in the ceiling of the room that flashes a white light on an intermittent interval. We spoke to the front desk about this, but if this is common to all the rooms, this is definitely something that should be addressed as it is very disruptive in a dark room when trying to sleep.

A modern hotel with modern amenities. We had everything we needed and had an incredibly comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again.

Stayed one night on a trip for the Omaha Zoo. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable and we were able to get a good night's rest.

Room wasn’t what pictures showed. They gave us a handicap accessible room that was kinda wore down along with outside sitting area. Front desk guy didn’t know much of what he was doing and later in the night when we went for drinks the people didn’t know how to make the simplest of drinks. Overall not the best experience.

Great hotel right next to Mud America convention center and Horseshoe Casino. Very helpful staff, warm and welcoming. Restaurant folks were kind and friendly.

Although fridge in the room was a bit small. The only thing we didn’t like was the coffee they offered in the lobby. It was so dark roasted and bitter, it was not drinkable. Unfortunately the coffee provided in the room was dark roast as well.

We had a two queen bed room & one of the mattresses had a big drip in it & was very uncomfortable. The toilet seat was a smaller size then the toilet. Other then those 2 things…..everything was good

Had to switch rooms due to a squeaky air conditioner. One of the beds in the room we switched to had what I can only describe as a chunk out of it on the side. We informed staff. Staff was great by the way.

Plenty of parking adjacent to a shopping mall. Property was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and courteous. My room was clean and comfortable, although the bath fixture was a bit of a puzzle.
