Best view to the beach and

Great location. Good value.

We didn’t get to check in to the last minute and the last couple days it was really loud with shower drain stopped up.

We had a handicap room which we did not request and it did not have an area to hang up clothes. Also, there was no vanity in bathroom. Staff was excellent and very helpful. We had trouble with TV connection and internet connection and they were prompt and helpful.

Check in was a little rough lady said our room wasnt ready anf it be 2 hours and she woukd call us amd never did , the next lady on shift didnt even know we was waiting on our room and it had been ready for a while !! Hotel room was nice and clean view of the beach was amazing , would definitely stay here again !!

The king bed was very comfortable. The blackout curtains made sleeping late very easy. The room was fairly quiet. Nice view of the beach and short walk.

Had a fantastic vacation!! Rooms were clean and well stocked with needed essentials. WONDERFUL staff!!! Enough linens and towels for a large group. Needs updating a little but staff said those begin next month, after summer season. We will be back!!!!

On the beach with balcony. Noisy area. Deck hose area green and slippery. Sofa filthy in room. No in hotel restaurant. Check in/out issues, could be more organized/professional.

Over all my stay was excellent. We had one problem with the lady that worked at the front desk that works the daytime shift. There was a guest that was staying in a room somewhere near my room that was smoking weed out on the balcony quite a bit. Me and my wife have a 4 y/o and i had some friends over that day that have a 2y/o little girl. We were all vaping out on the balcony on saturday afternoon. To be fair, the hotel makes it clear that you arent supposed to vape or smoke out on the balcony for whatever reason, i have no idea. I guess i just cant believe that they actually try to enforce it like this lady was doing. Anyways, so i saw the lady that worked at the front desk down by the boardwalk entrance looking up at the balconies while we were outside. She then came and knocked on our door and said she has had "numerous complaints" about our vaping. I seriously doubt that the complaints were about our vaping. If anything im sure it was about the weed smoke. I told her that we were only vaping and she said that we were not allowed to vape on the balcony. So what the hell do they think, that we are really going to leave the room, go all the way down stairs (we were on the 12th floor) just to hit the vape? I mean, come on! There Was no designated smoking/vaping area that i noticed anywhere either. So, if you smoke or vape, you will have problems at this hotel. Other than that, i give it a 4.5 out of 5.

The condo was older in much need of a deep cleaning. It was nice to have such a large balcony with a beautiful view. Unfortunately the cost of stay is not a good value based on the condition of the condo and property. Upon arrival the water was not working because there was a leak which triggered a shut off. Staff immediately came to fix the leak and got the water on, we appreciated the quick response.

Check in was easy. Staff super polite. Beautiful place.

Elevators were a 30 minute wait at minimum coffee pot was useless. Air conditioning was great. Room service was good

Wouldve liked more accesible washer and dryer. Parking was great room was clean

Hotel was nice. Location was right in the middle of everything. Very steep parking garage. The couch had a rip and seen better days. Everything was clean and staff was polite and helpful.

Property needs a service elevator. Spending lots of time waiting on elevator because of workers using them stopping at every floor.

We loved our view on the 15th floor, sheets and beds were super comfortable. Convenient location. I will be booking here again!

Loved that it was right on the beach, and the balcony views are amazing. It's really fun to watch all of the different people and water conditions throughout the day. The rooms were great for our family of 4 1/2. The king bed was AMAZING (we have something smaller at home). The bunk beds were great for the kids. The staff were all very friendly.

Have to do most of the cleaning like a condo, but it’s a hotel by name.

This place was gross. The elevators took forever mostly because the staff constantly used them. Also, the staff smoked cigarettes right next to the elevators whether guest were waiting their or not. We ended up leaving early because the unit was so uncomfortable. It also had a bad smell.

Fabulous location! Lots to do besides the beach. Don’t recommend if 6 adults as 2 bunk beds children size, it is fine for 4 adults. Would recommend a medicine cabinet in half bath to accommodate toiletries. Would come back again.

The property is average. It could use update on appliances and furniture. There are no washer and dryers in the rooms. They can definitely add a Keurig to the rooms since many people. The beach access is wonderful. The elevators are extremely busy so pack your patience.

My husband and I love this property, it was our home away from home. My family and I plan to stay at this property the next time we visit the Gulf Shores which will be next year. I will be booking our room soon.

We loved our stay, only complaint was the elevators took forever!

Overall it was great, clean, good ac , good location, the furniture in the condo wasn’t very comfortable but other than that it was great!
