Beautiful and well kept property.

Clean and well kept property. Staff are very friendly and hospitable. The breakfast is wonderful. They make fresh omelets and delicious pancakes. The food is fresh. The staff noticed my son needed pancakes and they were out. She made a fresh batch in 15 mins and came and let us know. Will definitely stay there the next time we are there.

Embassy Suites is our favorite getaway spot in Jonesboro. Houlihan’s Restaurant, live entertainment, and free drinks, appetizers, and amazing breakfast buffet makes the stay there so convenient. My family loves this hotel!

The walls of the room must be very thin. The room next door and above us were up most of the night with extremely disturbing noises… made it hard to get in bed and sleep

I'm so impressed with how friendly, honest, & helpful this hotel was. The minute I walked in to check in my family of 5, I was greeted with a smile. She even offered me a couple bottles of water. The room was very clean and very updated. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the lady that made me an omelette was so nice and the food was really good. We were about an hour down the road when my elderly dad realized that he had forgotten his money clip in the room! The front desk lady that answered the phone, (bonus points that a human answered immediately!!), was as anxious to help us find it as we were. Within minutes she had someone from housekeeping in the room and confirming that it indeed was still there. They immediately turned it in (cash still included) to the front desk and sent me an email on how to have it mailed back to us! The money clip is very sentimental to my dad, and we greatly appreciate the urgency and honesty of this hotel. Top notch customer service for sure!! Would 100% recommend this Embassy Suites to anyone staying in the area.

The hotel itself is great. However, we were not given the room we booked, lied to about it’s availability, and then later asked “Do you really want the room that you booked”?

Love staying here, but this time it was loud. You could hear so much from our room and the other guests on our hall were so loud until about 2 am

This hotel is such a great place right on campus. the staff are super friendly. We have stayed here several times in the last 2 years and the hotel keeps getting better!

I stay here often. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. A great place to stay.

Great staff. We stay there alot. Convenient, nice breakfast, nice bar area, adjoins a nice restaurant. All good. The downside is the common areas are typically dirty. It is almost as if they have taken the approach to save money on the house staff and not keep things clean. Halls, floors, elevators, floors. Typically dirty. Carpet is getting noticeabley old and dirty.

We arrived about 2:30-3:00 to check in as we had driven from Columbia Mo. We needed to change clothes and get back to Portia for the ceremony. We were told they could give us one room then. We had asked for 2 king suites with the separate sleeping and living areas. They gave us a big combined open room. We used it. After the wedding we returned to Embassy Suites. We were assigned a room that had been smoked in. AND the there was an opened beer can in the fridge. I went to returned the opened beer to the desk and made my complaint. They told me they were going to upgrade us to an executive suite. The clerk asked me to sign. I did. I was about to push OK, when the clerk told me that the exec suite had been taken by a Gold Member. They told me all they had was 2 queens. I asked to speak to the manager. No manager on-site til Monday (this was Saturday). They finally assigned us the king suite across the hall. When I showered, the shampoo was empty. The shower wasn’t real clean. It was terrible drama of errors. Definitely not what I have experienced with Embassy Suites in the past. Very disappointed. I’m sure management will want to comp one or both of the rooms. Terrible lack of management
