a/c making noise , the toilet was moving

Staff was very friendly, location good. Room and bathroom clean and comfortable .

Outside patio and chairs leading off the room were very dirty. The resort needs an upgrade - outside picnic tables were very dirty and litter on the beach . When I inquired at the resort about the tourist tax refund all they gave me was an invoice. I thought then I would be refunded at the airport but this is not the case. Beware future travellers the resort has to give the tourist tax refund. The noise level from a boat close to the resort was terrible - blaring music all night. When we complained the next day we were told there is nothing the resort can do about it.

First of all, the bed was full of sand, so linen hadn’t been changed. The “room” if it is possible to call it a room, was a kind of bungalow with a bed and a small bathroom. The only thing similar to the pictures was the location on the beach, not so nice as it looked.
