Great room! Will defineItely stay at La Quinta again!

It was just a one day stay and l did liked it

Hotel is new, clean, good location. Didn’t like the electronic check in, confusing and double charges for pet fee. Brought this to the attention of front desk and was told the new system does bring confusion to billing/charges. I hope this gets fixed and bill me what was in the receipt. Also, requests are not granted, i requested for a ground floor room as i have an elderly dog on booking which was months in advance and was NOT granted. Other La quinta usually honors this request. Disappointed.

It was good, breakfast was good and i rate it a 9out of 10

These beds were definitely not queens as advertised. They were fulls. When we got into our room the TV did not work and neither did the phone. We also asked to stay on the same floor as other family that were checking in. He confirmed that there was plenty of room on the second floor for all of us and then he goes and puts my sister on the 4th floor for no apparent reason.

Overall this was a good stay. I’d give it 4.5 star but the site doesn’t allow for that. Our place was clean and the service staff was very friendly and polite. The only things that could’ve made it better is a softer bed. I’m a side sleeper so my shoulder was in a bit of pain. The major thing for me though that I truly hope this hotel completely gets rid of and I had a real problem with is that the parking pass is a piece of paper with your room number and the date you’re leaving and you have to display that on your dashboard. So essentially anyone can know all of the information of your stay. I was in a rental suv and forgot that I had it on the dash when I went out. Please seriously consider the safety of your guests as we do NOT want that information publicly displayed like that. What about single women that are traveling. How safe is it for you to really be displaying all of their information like that? Just have something that literally says La Quinta parking pass and has some bar code or something so that security can scan it to confirm if they ever needed to. Maybe that’s not the solution but there should 1000% be something different than what your current policy is. That was a huge turn off but the rest of the stay was great.

The hotel tried to get me to reserve directly with them and were not nice when I refused.

The bathroom door would not open all the way and USB ports didn't work.
