It was over the alley and it was busy the whole night and morning with people talking.
It was nice decore but I was hoping for more with the price. For the price I was expecting more but of a resort stay and it was not
You need more lounge chairs for the rooftop pool. You need to hire more servers the ones you have are great but you are requiring too much from one person to serve everyone. This was both the pool lounge and the restaurant.

Customer service was outstanding!
The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom lighting could be better...but par for the course for most hotel bathrooms.
The only bummer about staying here was the rooftop pool/bar situation. Very limited seating around the pool, very slim chance in getting a lounge chair. We went out there at 8am and none available. Unless you have a lounge chair there is no where else to sit. The rooftop bar is reservation only...even if you just want to get a drink. Rooftop vibes are nice, but VERY limited access.

Canopy was a great find in a city of many fine hotels. We’d likely stay at Canopy next time in Scottsdale despite the plethora of other options available.

We loved the bed and pillows (and we can be picky). The pool was great, renting a cabana was a bit of a pain though. Overall, it was a good experience.

It was a nice, clean hotel but pretty pricey for the amenities. For the amount they charged, I would have expected-
a larger pool (its very small) and there are very few chairs
water bottles (you are supposed to get water from the ice machines in the hall but it tastes like tap water)
better food options (the buffet is $ and subpar)

We stayed for four nights at this fantastic hotel in Old Town Scottsdale! Loved everything about this property and its location. Awesome rooftop bar, very clean and very efficient/functional room that makes sense. Not too basic and not too fancy. Great staff. Will stay again, without question.

We have been going to Spring Training games for the SF Giants for 7 years. This is the best place we have stayed. We will put it on our agenda for next year's stay. There food , hospitality, amenities , and location are the best in Old town Scottsdale.

Our stay was lovely. Loved the Outrider deck,we had drinks up there each night. Our rooom was great, shower great and safe. Love the barn doors. Staff very friendly and helpful. So convenient to shopping and restaurants.

The physical space is very nice and fresh. The rooms are pretty nice. The showers are horrible- either s itching hot or freezing cold, no blending. Bartenders at rooftop and lobby bar are not very attentive.

New property. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Excellent location. Only downside: rooms have no opening windows for fresh air, and the fan, even when set at ON will shot off at night as it is motion sensored.

This hotel was beautifully appointed. Most staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very well planned out. The only thing was that there was a $25 per day parking charge.

If you’re looking to be in a perfect location to walk throughout Old Town this is it! Bars, restaurants, shops all walkable. This hotel is perfect as well in terms of amenities. The rooftop lounge and restaurant in the lobby had great food, drinks, coffee, breakfast, and a good vibe. Wednesday they had a live band and Saturday a live DJ. The pool on the rooftop was great too! Highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I like that the shower had a shower door a lot of your newer properties. The past few years the shower did not have a door so after the shower, there would be water all over the floor. I would keep this concept and keep the door on.

Very well located walking distance to fashion mall and lots of dinner and food places. Easy to Uber to most attractions and airport is about 20 mins away if you want to rent a car for day trips such as Sedona.

This is a great hotel option in downtown Scottsdale. There are great dining options within hotel and many other options just a short walk away. Hotel is very well kept and clean, and staff is very friendly!

Really enjoyed staying at the Canopy
The room lacks some better amenities such the coffee maker in the room and better house keeping practices. The toilet was still soiled and empty cups were not removed but overall we liked it

Property location was great but the service was impeccable. Jurny at the front desk was very accommodating and help with some special arrangements to make a very memorable wedding weekend. Would definitely recommend!
