We had a pleasant stay. The room was perfect. A bit dissapointed by the breakfast. Would not recommend to take it as there is marvelous places to take breakfast near by.

Location is good and the staffs are friendly too. The room is spacious and tidy.

Amazingly unique and cool hotel in a great location. Really big room, clean and comfortable.

Just the perfect hotel one can find in Karuizawa, especially for non-driving tourists. From the station, you can take a bus right to “Kyu Karuizawa” and this hotel has actually one entrance in the main Kyu Karuizawa street. There is another bus stop nearby which you can take to Shiraito Waterfalls. This hotel is just the most considerate and detailed minded hotel I have ever been. They even provide guests with cleansing oil, facial wash, toner and face lotion - if you are just in Karuizawa for a short stay, you can just leave your worries to the hotel. This hotel will definitely be on my top list if I ever visit Karuizawa again!

The bunk bed in room is great for 3-4 persons but you will bump your head if you don’t keep in mind of that. My family members have already bumped a few times in our 2-night stay. Other than that the bed itself is comfortable and bathroom is spacious.
