Wonderful property that’s close to Blue Mountain! Lots of space, perfect for a weekend away.

Better pillows needed and more of them otherwise everything else was terrific. Place had everything you would need!

Given the cool time of year, it was wonderful to have a gas fireplace that we could turn on, along with a washer/dryer unit that we could utilize to dry our clothing in between rainy moments…staying warm & dry is always appreciated

Everything was good except the 'Valet' people woke me up with their texts at 7:00am

The property was lovely and well equipped for a thanksgiving weekend. I found the floors were gritty with dirt and there was a layer of dust on surfaces. On the last day I felt pushed out as I received multiple messages about my 11 am check out and found the cleaning crew had left their supplies outside the townhouse around 10am.

Although our unit was dated and worn, it was comfortable and perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children.

Would have been better to dish out the extra $50 for the weekend and stay in a 2 bedroom suite within the village. Rivergrass isn’t far, but a car is pretty much a must and there’s a disconnect. Unit was in average shape, not maintained extremely wee. Kept feeling like I’m going to fall through the carpeted floors, the base wasn’t even and felt like pieces were missing and the owner forgot to tell us a critical part about checking in and we felt lost at 10pm at night in the dark begging neighbours for help. Finally owner responded with the accurate instructions and rather than apologizing, they kept saying none of our previous guests had this problem! Yeah right…we must be so special!

Quiet, comfortable, spacious accommodation, short walk to Blue Mountain Village. Lovely grounds and views from our condo.

An excellent property close to the main resort village with lots of activities, and close to Collingwood with a huge choice of dining options; Black Bellows brew pub was great.

Great place to visit once the management company gets their affairs in order or replaced. Facilites clean, fairly close and walkable to the Blue Mountain Village.

We enjoyed our stay in Blue Mountain The unit was clean an had everything we needed. Walkable distance to the village and a pool and a hot tub. We had a wonderful relaxation time

We live Blue Mountain. It is our 4th trip. First for Rivergrass. We loved it.

nice stay and complex. very convenient to go to the village. Initially the address was confusing as two addresses were provided when the reservation was made. I made two separate reservations and had an issue with making two separate deposits. my son who is techy even had difficulties navigating the system.

The place was simply beautiful! We enjoyed the pool and went golfing at Monterra and had such a wonderful family mini-vacation ! I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful place and intend to do so again.

Lots of spiderwebs around the ceiling and inside the condo. Furniture was old and in poor condition.

Spacious, clean and well maintained house. 10 mins walk to the village; great outdoor swimming pool and the property quiet and special for a relaxing weekend

Stay was ok, but we are giving it a neutral rating because the carpet in our unit was quite dated (our friends who were on the same trip as us pay the same price, but they got new laminated flooring). Also, we were advised that there is a Keurig coffee maker but upon arrival we found out there was only a regular coffee maker, rendering the K-cup coffee pods we brought useless.

Every thing was great. The rooms were nice and cozy. Very close to the village. I wish the owner could provide hair dryers in both washroom. The shower room upstairs has no shelf to put shampoo and body wash. The rooms were clean but we found someone’s grown hanging in the main bathroom.

Our stay was fantastic, place was super clean, lots of space and being able to walk to the village at Blue Mountain was excellent. The communication that we had with the property was top-notch. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the memories!

Good location. All round pretty clean.

Sparkling clean, 9 mins walk to village, lots of free parking and even hot tub in winter. Good communication by sms but best to not reply as is coming from 646 long distance number. Overall very satisfy! Also dogs friendly :)

It was a great property for three women wanted to get away for a mini holiday.
