Nice little studio room! Comfy. Clean.

Communication from the property was limited. In room amenities, such as dishes and towels, were very limited and of poor quality. The remote to the TV didn’t work. The canned light over the sink was falling out of the ceiling. The GFI outlet in the kitchen didn’t work. The tub had cigarette burns on the edge. The furniture was dirty and tattered (looked like it was purchased at a garage sale). The mattress was lumpy and stained. The doors to the building were always open and didn’t always have an attendant. The building sits right next to 2 busy streets and the highway. The bathroom sink drain plug stuck closed-but was fixed in a timely manner. The other repairs were mentioned, but were not addressed.

Our bathroom sink was inoperable the entire time we were there. The stopper was down and would not lift. We reported it to the desk minutes after check in, but maintenance never came to fix it.

Weren't able to get into our room until the following morning when the staff got back to work. The access code didn't work and they had to give us a physical key. Room had roaches, hall has a bad odor. Also, when my adult son arrived a couple hours later, he walked up to the front desk to ask for directions to our room. And she handed him a key. No questions, no check for ID.. Just handed someone she didn't know a key to our room. So if you're looking to stay somewhere to escape an abusive husband or something, this probably isn't the safest bet...

Very basic room in a need of an upgrade everywhere. The pungent odor everywhere is apparent when you first arrive. I am shocked at the rate that they are getting for this, I would not stay there again. Very noisy next to the highway and did not feel safe.

I never write negative reviews. I am writing this because people deserve to know. The security deposit process was bad and confusing. By the time we entered the room, bath towels were sitting on the toilet seat. There was no bath soap or shampoo so we could not even take a shower. I am never going to stay here again.

The lobby was pleasant but the second you step onto the elevator or into the stairwell, you will likely second guess your choices. When I say that there is a weird smell, I am underselling it. When we got to the second floor, we physically gagged because the horrid smell smacks you in the face. I can't even describe what it smelled like, but I imagine it's not unlike a rotting corpse. The room itself was musty, like it hadn't been opened or aired out, but it was clean...except for the bathtub, which was slimy and gross, and the smell from the hallway hadn't seeped into the room. Because there were no other rooms available, the room itself seemed okay, and it was really late, we stayed. The room was equipped with automatic motion light sensors, so literally every single time one of us moved, rolled over or adjusted ourselves on the bed during the night, we were blinded by the light over the sink. The next morning, the rotting corpse smell in the hallway doubled down with the addition of an undertone of rotting fish. Overall, this was a waste of money, it was stressful, and I'm forever scarred by the smell of that hallway. I cannot stress enough that this is not the place to stay unless you have no sense of smell.

The room was very comfortable and mostly clean, except for hair in the bathroom area. Communication was a bit lacking between the front desk and late emails to check-in. Other than that, very pleasant and easy access to many venues. We would stay here again.

I discovered multiple cockroaches in my room, but they were quick to move me to a new room once I informed them

On entering the room there was a “stale, smoky “ odor. There were a handful of roaches in the rooms.

Our room had a sink leaking, roaches, bathtub was dirty, the t v was broken, the young lady in front did everything she could to make it right, . Were still waiting on an adjustment refund on the room.. appreciated the young lady which made it a bit better..

Had problem accessing room...somehow the wrong room was assigned to us and so code did not work, however, phone call solved problem once correct room was assigned. Too close to road,,,much road noise..no kleenex in room.

The internet didn’t work . The whole stay I didn’t have T.v . I called the office and was told there was an outage . It was never fixed.

The price was great but won’t stay here again.

Interesting place right by the 101 close to a couple of fun places on Southern near the campus.

Traffic very loud outside needed ear plugs. Nice set up. Very clean bed do for table but pillows smelled like someone smoked I. Then or drooled. Only a few blemishes in Bathroom. Windows were not usable for air flow. Ok would return

There is absolutely no security and we didn't feel safe. No one working at the front desk and people begging for money right on the corner of the property. Property sleeps 4 (it was just my son and I visiting ASU) yet only one spoon, one glass, one coffee mug, no coffee machine as advertised, no iron or ironing board or safe as advertised. Room was clean and adequate. The gym was a joke. One hand dumbell but couldn't put the weights on it, the pool area was full of pigeon poop all over the deck and in the pool itself. The doors should at least be locked if there is no one at the front desk. 3 towels for a four-day stay, so we couldn't have just one to shower and just one for the pool area. We got an email from the property owner to reach out to them directly (not through Hotels.com) if we had concerns but I did and no one responded. We ended up leaving a day early and finding a better hotel after not hearing back from them so I paid for a night we didn't even use.

Location is great, plenty of parking, wifi was good size was great. Check in was easy as it’s all done through online and you get a code for the door. The bad part was the hotel and room had a bad smell, was as if someone is always cooking something and it wasn’t good. I would look elsewhere next time to see what else is out there for the price. But this might be the best for the price if they can fix that smell.

First impressions are good... entered room and all looks nice. After first hour noticed some small visitors (1-2 tiny cockroaches)... not infested but concerning...940pm and 1130pm first night dog barking and 1230am noisy people with loud children. 730am blowers and trimmers woken up. Noted front desk next morning..end of stay (day 6) dog barking 830pm and trash outside overflowing all bins. Many transient or refugee types in and out but staying to themselves. Overall... not worth the money for an average stay... would have saved some money and had a better stay with a regular hotel room

Walls are too thin

We paid for early check in. And late check out. 50 bucks each. However we checked in a day late, and our room still was not ready until almost 5 that evening. And the room was the wrong room. We needed 3 beds. But eventually got 2. Then they damn near forced us out the door at 10 am

Rooms are large. Two burner cook top full size refrigerator

This is the worst Expedia hotel I have ever stayed in. The rating was 4-star but I would suggest 2.5 is more fitting for the location. I have numerous pictures of the inside that I will upload to reflect dirty bedding, stains on ever piece of sittings furniture and unknown items hanging from walls & ceiling in spots. I contacted the property a few minutes after entering my room and was told there were no other room available and no manager available to issue new bedding. I had to purchase a candle to air out the room due to the smell. When I spoke to the person at the front desk the next morning she was of little help. I was provided a card to call the location manager but the number is disconnected. By far the worst Expedia site I have seen and I would be shocked if the is not already known by Expedia as I sure the location gets a LOT of complaints.

No staff available on weekends for questions. Very cheap towels and linens. Set up like a hotel, but no amenities of a hotel, like ability to get more towels or pillows. There were some very shady people outside of the hotel during both day and night time as well.

This is a strange combination of hotel and apartment. No front staff on duty after 5pm. No pool towels for the pool. No breakfast of any sort in the morning. Older building with smelly rooms and halls. Every door has a no smoking sign but still the place reeked of smoke and other smells. Our room smelled like a cat had been in there. The bathroom door would not close all the way and our room was expensive! Stay somewhere else that is a real hotel.

Definitely felt right at home. Will be back to stay again. I would recommend.

The property is very sketchy. seems like a college dorm. No decoration nor is there furniture in the lobby. Furnishings were low end. It was clean

I arrived after 10pm to find that their lobby closed at 5pm and I had to get access via email / text. To begin with, the facility had a strange smell. The bathroom A/C-heater vents were full and clogged vent fins with dustbunnies, the bathtub had several cigarette burns on the edge, there was an unknown smudge on the bathroom floor that should have been mopped up. The television would only display 3 working channels. Then to top it off, I pulled the sheets back and the pillows away from the head board to find dried white / cream colored stains that had run down then dried on the headboard. This place was gross!!! I had reserved the room and it was non-refundable. At this point the lack of a refund didn't matter, I left and got a clean room at another hotel.
