We loved the hotel. It was eco friendly with great service and cleanings. We were able to stay without a car for our 5 day trip because it's location.

All very good with the exception of one problem with the shower door which was fixed but really never acknowledged the inconvenience it caused us.

It was one of the nicest hotels I've ever been in. Clean, modern,eco friendly and a good location. It had everything you could ask for and more. I wish I had been able to explore more such as the fitness center or the Sky Lounge.

The staff at this hotel was SO friendly and helpful! They were great with my kids, gave good recommendations and excellent service. The rooms are small but the hotel is pristinely clean and the beds are comfortable. The valet service is super easy and convenient. I will say that they recommended we call down to ask them to bring the car around before checking out and it would be about five minutes; we did so but it still ended up being about a 30 minute wait. This wasn’t a terrible inconvenience as the lobby is spacious and has enough seating to sit inside and wait but if you’re in a hurry to leave it may be something to keep in mind.

Loved the location, it was easy to grab transportation and to walk to local restaurants.

Fun space theme, a great view of the Space Needle, friendly staff, great breakfast... and speedy toiletry delivery by Sparky the robot butler!

The room was clean and cozy, the front desk man was so ni en and kind. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very modern and generally clean. We enjoyed being able to grab coffee and food downstairs. The room was pretty clean although they definitely didn't clean the floor by the heads of the bed as there was a lot of debris there. Beds were comfy, loved the blackout curtains. Front desk staff were very helpful. Location is great, close enough to downtown to get there easily, but out of the way enough to be nice and quiet. Would stay here again!

We stayed here for my wife’s birthday weekend and we were very pleased with our stay. The hotel was very clean and modern. Very easy to get around town and ending up back at the hotel bar for a night cap was always fun. We will be back

Clean and newly renovated. Beds were comfy and shower was good. Plenty of eating places and coffee shops around Near the lake Union and space needle. Next to and surrounded by Amazon and google offices so well kept and some interesting features like street art installations. Parking is not straight forward and you have to park on the street or in a public garage not attached to the hotel. Street parking is limited and restricted during the day so read the signs well!

I payed 500$ for just to see space needle firework, they gave us different room that is totally different than I selected via Expedia, so I asked for refund, but they didn’t. also they closed sky view for their special event. It was really disappointing experience we have ever had.

Nice hotel and great view of the space needle! The bummer being there on new years eve is trying to listen to the new years at the needle on tv wasn’t an option. And no football either. They have direct tv which in my opinion isn’t great they weren’t contracted for the new years show or the space needle. It didn’t get basic channels. We have to listen to it on our phones. Also our bathroom sink was clogged the whole time but other than that it was good.

I never had any issue with this hotel until now, and I am not the type of person to write reviews or leave bad negative comments, but this time I feel like I have to because it is a common issue the they are aware but don’t see to care. My only issue was the whole bathroom light will shut down while I was getting ready and I when to front desk and they acted like this was normal and common issue and it was just so uncomfortable and unprofessional in my opinion.
