The entire compound was dark and dirty and to top it off,the owner was very insultive. My 2 colleagues had to go to lodge in Jotani living which was the best decision I could have taken.Jotani living was amazing and the staff had great customer care

Netflix, DSTV , Clean and comfortable bed , chilled AC and private very secured environment. i was upgraded to the prince room from the crown room felt really happy . i cant wait to revisit this is the best spot for i and my friends.Thank you booking.com for always providing good spot for us to book.

The pictures of the apartment are edited with filter to make it look good on booking.com. I was made to pay additional 5,000 naira because of my wife. The room is very small and bathroom very basic. There is no lounge and no living room as shown in the pictures. The cleaner barged into our room very early in the morning without knocking. She saw us naked in bed. Excuse was no one told her there's a guest inside. Very bad. The room doors opens into the compound like boy's quarters and no living room. The bed is sagged on the left side. I had to use a pillow to level. There's no microwave in the apartment. I had to check out and went for another apartment before I could microwave my wife's food

It is a nice location.

The gate man said I can't check the room or even come in and it is raining, even though I explained to him that I have already spoke to a lady.

HORRIBLE PLACE PICTURES ARE A SCAM

Hello good afternoon on bookings.com I was asked to pay NGN 32803.38 But on arrival she forced us to pay NGN 10 000 caution fee requesting she will refund it on check out . So I made a transfer of NGN 42803.38 Because I was very tired and just needed a place to stay . The internet in the building don’t work she gave us a password only to find out she hasn’t paid her subscriptions . We can’t use apartments facilities but still managed to stay . hot water NOT WORKING COOKER NOT WORKING INTERNET NOT WORKING VERY DIRTY VERY SMELLY SHE WILL CHARGE YOU MORE ON ARRIVAL AND NOT REFUND IT BACK . The host was very rude on phone . she will tell you Commuications can only happy via bookings.com just to run away from conformations. when it’s fine to refund your money she will suddenly be unavailable on bookings.com Currently still in her property WAITING FOR MY NGN 10 000 caution fee . I have a very important meeting to attend today . But for the price I paid this place is complete scam and she should be taking of any website to even host people . She is a terrible person with no Human friendliness forgetting people are paying to lodge in her very dirty apartment . This place is a BIG TIME SCAM Please don’t believe the pictures you see

I think they are running a fraudulent operation.

The information on bookings.com is different from what they presented as fact. After I got to the address they listed and couldn't locate the place because there's no such place as Theoslekki at the address. They asked me to pay first before they could provide the location. The price they asked me to pay is 200%+ of what was listed on Bookings.com. I was quite tired and asked that they let me pay once I'm able to locate the place. A Whatsapp number that's not connected to normal phone calls said they insisted on paying before i get the location and sent a bank account. This makes absolutely no sense. I think they are running a fraud ring. I was fortunate to not pay until i got to the supposed location.

The environment is easily accesible and calm.

The living room's got no Air conditioning, and the A/C in the room can barely keep the room cool. It was a very hot and very unpleasant stay. The water wasn't running, you need to leave the tap open for hours before you can get a full bucket of water to bathe (don't even think of a shower). Felt like a trap, you can't get a refund once you have made payment. They leave you with no option but to stay against your wish. P.S. Found some bugs too (one on the bed and another on the wall). My worst experience in a short-stay apartment ever. Not worth the price!

Nothing appeared like the photo that is on booking.com. The host was fraudulent because firstly the pix were misleading. We paid before we could see the apartment. Lastly the host since I've traveled around the world and used Booking.com she was the rudest... The reviews on booking.com are fake and bookings need to audit these type of hosts cause ultimately its their website that promotes such accommodations and businesses

No water in the toilet to flush Dirty as supported with pic we sent to customer service Insects crawling The sound of a generator (noise pollution) you can't hear yourselves talk We couldn't get a refund as we didn't stay even for 1hr. We modified the trip to 1 day out of 5 days and still didn't get a refund.

my stay was perfect there was no problems , the wifi connection was great as i could work from Nigeria despite being away from my work country turkey .

Theoslekki is a home away from home, i felt very comfortable and it was a perfect stay for i and my partner . I will recommend anyone who wants a peaceful , clean hotel with great wifi to book this hotel .

The host was too nice she made sure i was ok providing me with all the information i needed , of cause i loved the complimentary perks water, tea, coffee . it was thoughtful of them to have all these things in place just like a hotel . I will definitely return to theoslekki very soon and i have told my friends about it . Their facilities are up to date the private DSTV decoder to watch my fav sports channels and the free Netflix access on their smart tv.
