Great property for larger group, great location

Perfect set up very homely and relaxing, makes a cheap bottle of wine taste like it’s worth a thousand dollars so your gonna wanna dance to a slow country tune from the first sip.
Having to watch it disappear in our rearview mirror.

the neighbours dog barked the whole time we were there day and night.

Property is well appointed with appliances , Main bedroom is comfortable and the host is welcoming
Only thing letting it down was the cleaning, we had to clean the BBQ area and wash all the cutlery and plates before using. also unable to park cars in garage

There is a bottle of wine prepared for us, which is really nice! The room is clean, the lighting is good, the air conditioning and the TV work well, the refrigerator is large enough.
The room is poorly soundproofed, but otherwise perfect

Cleanliness was poor, dining table table and fridge dirty remainders of food, tumble drier filter hadn't been cleaned for month's, dog poo on grass from previous renters.
