Beautiful modern and luxurious feel I really enjoy staying here.
Nothing. Wished I could have stayed more

Despite being in a heritage building - the interior of the building is well refurbished and well maintained. It has a very high-class luxury appeal.
The location is beautiful facing the sea but it is not a place where the central and main attractions are within walking distance.

I had a wonderful stay at the facility. The staff was very accommodating. It is definitely a five star plus hotel. The breakfast was exceptional with many cultural options. The hotel was clean and inviting.

Lujo a un precio asequible, detalles, estilo y servicio impecable. Un 10.

Expansive, modern & buffet breakfast was great
Room service and buffet were a little on the pricier side.

De faciliteiten, service en inrichting van het hotel. De lichaamsmassage in de spa was uitmuntend.
De omgeving. Niet veel te beleven, aan een drukke weg dus heel veel verkeer en voelt niet veilig.

Design of the hotel adds value, but location deserves much more, good security measures. Room is big enough, clean and cosy, view through the window spectacular, lan of the floor simple, lifts are fast and capable, breakfast meets higher requirements, SPA is perfect
Location is at the motorway and service road, extremely noisy, especially at night, preventing you from healthy sleep, although hotel staff offered us earplugs, and this was kind of release, this was our choice to select another room option or try earplugs, pool is a bit small but OK, the biggest surprise was the front desk lady working the night before early departure and being sick, coughing with no proper culture, and not wearing a mask, sorry

Spa, joy was a good masseuse. Roof top bar is definitely worth visiting for some views.
Ridiculous amount they charge. Around 3,500 for buffet each which you could not possibly eat.
No staff knew anything not even about booking excursions. We were checking very early around 7 am so thought would get up and have coffee but because we never let them clean the room had to go to reception for coffee capsules and they said because we were checking out today we would need to pay even though we saved them a fortune on clearing as only changed the towels once in 5 days . After she said will see if can get for free. On check in they asked for 5000 per night deposit this is after paying for the room that was half the room cost that's absolutely ridiculous amount and I said when we leave will be going back to Thailand so what do I do with all that cash that I have over change again? And if I used my card she said would take 12/14 days to be back on absolute madness. We ordered food chips covered in cheese and truffle without telling us the pasta had cheese and loads of olive oil added again without telling so oily my wife couldn't eat but got offered a free cup of tea as compensation? Wanted to go for a walk in the evening and was advised to be very careful as the area is dangerous which we found as we went for short walk poverty is unbelievable both directions out of hotel never seen nothing like it since visiting Africa. Would not recommend this hotel or area to anyone. Makati is a much better area.
Stayed all over the world in numerous amount of hotels in our life but this 100% is the worst. Room very cramped no space for 2 cases and had executive room still small.

We were very fortunate this hotel was as fantastic as it was, as the area can be a challenge and we spent quite some time there, which we very much enjoyed. We stayed there at the start and end of our trip. Almost everything about the hotel is truly exceptional, lead by the tremendous staff and it's insanely beautiful and high end fit out. The history of the building is remarkable and worth looking into. The rooms are beautifully appointed, spacious, extremely comfortable. We were fortunate to get an ocean view premium room, which we can't recommend enough. The club lounge is excellent, especially highlighted by the team of staff, as is the coffee shop. The water views and infinity pool are nice to have, especially on a sunny day and the spa is top notch. The gym is ok and at least has more than just a treadmill. Ruby Wong's speak easy bar is very cool, it's just a shame the restaurant didn't match it. The buffet breakfast is solid. We were able to walk to the Intramuros (the old town), which we enjoyed, but we would recommend most people get a car.
The location is very difficult. For those who haven't been, distances are slowly travelled and you should bank on about 4km in 30 minutes to 1 hour. Whilst it is near the water, the area is extremely deprived. We walked to the Intramuros (the old town). It's not too far, but you walk though old Manila and Malate full of beautiful old buildings, from a bygone area, but now severely neglected, with high levels of poverty, which is quite confronting. It truly was very sad to see. The sad part is, that there is nothing else in the area, other than this, so it's quite heartbreaking, especially when so many of the locals, even though their hard ship, always were able to say Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. The people of this country are wonderful, however, for most people we would recommend taking a car almost everywhere. On our first stay we caught a grab one evening to Ortiga and getting back proved to be very difficult as many drivers wouldn't travel that far. We managed to negotiate with a taxi driver to take us back. On our second stay, we organised drivers with the concierge and these were always on time and fantastic, to take us to different areas of Manila. Once we were able to see other aspects of Manila and to see that it was not all doom and gloom, we really started to appreciate this huge multi faceted city. The hotel is wonderful, in a landmark building, just unfortunately in a very neglected and sad part of the city. The only thing that lets the hotel down is the Ruby Wong restaurant being very substandard and hugely overpriced and an ok, but not brilliant buffet, in a town where excellent ones are common.

A very grande and royal stay with beautiful artwork throughout the hotel and the rooftop restaurant is the most artistic interior experienced. Staff were extremely helpful even impressed checking us in at 2:30 am in the morning with delicious welcome drinks. Location is great by the manilla bay
Eveything was fantastic

Everything was perfect. All in all good hotel.
Just a small thing, provide proper milk for coffee in the room at the coffee station.

Beautiful decor, pool area and comfortable bedroom.
The area around the hotel can be a bit sketchy for a walk.

Location
Buffet dinner. $16,000 pesos for a buffet is ridiculous. The good definitely didn’t match to price. Cold and terrible.
10.0
The buffet, the service, the ameneties, the friendliness of the staff
The lightinf of the bathroom mirror could be a bit better, the little mirrors themselves are limited in articulation, so if they can't be improved, it's the lighting

Very clean with a beautiful design. Great pool area with a view and sunset

The room facilities were very good, as one may expect from a 5-star hotel. An overall glamorous hotel but it misses the warmth of a hotel like the Marco Polo Hotel, to name one.
A 5,000 php room deposit per night, paid at arrival in addition to the room rate. It's a very fancy and glamorous hotel but misses the warmth I appreciate in other hotels.

The cleanliness of the room and facilities, the quietness of the room and the Admiral Spa, it was the highlight of our stay. We went for a 90 mins Massage and it was worth it...
The breakfast, the food were dry, except the soup and noodles section, it was simple but fair enough.
Also, the staff look tired, which led to a very dull morning. Breakfast buffet should be alive and pleasant.

Breakfast was average. Location is excellent with a perfect view from the 9th floor. Perfect courteousness of staff
From my granddaughter's point of view, additional pizza and pasta choices.
From me and my wife: your dinner buffet did'nt have unlimited juice drinks. You serve more alcoholic drinks than family quenchers.

The stuff were very helpful and smiling all the time. Very accommodating and even let us have a late check out due to an uncontrollable situation.
Comfortable beds
Required a credit card or cash deposit (about $500 for our 7 days stay), we were not aware and it became an issue as I don’t own a credit card.
The location is a bit shady but for business purposes it was okay.

The service and warmth of the staff was incredible. Lizele, JC and Francesca the best.
Had bay view of Manila harbor but the windows were so dirty made viewing difficult.

Loved the service and the convenience of having a pool, speakeasy bar and casual bar / lounge
I didn’t love the rooms that has no natural light

Beautiful hotel with very nice staff and good food, nice bar and good location
For Mgallery/Accor standards it was not good enough.
Very bad smell in the halls of the hotel and in the room. Pool too small. The rooms were not amazing and also having a room with adjoining door for a couple is not nice. Reserve that for the families.
