we had two big rooms. it was very comfortable and we didn’t hear each other, big living room you could say it’s a small house, all needed was there, it was easy to cook and very good accommodations, I recommended 100%, the people there were very friendly, helpful and they made sure we had everything needed, the owners are amazing and they took extra care for us! and they made sure our car was always safe! something I never seen before! Thank You!!!!

Omar and Mirtha are the best host. They welcomed my family of 5 as their own. They both went out of there way to assist us with whatever we needed. Omar gave us a quick ride through the immediate area so we can familiarize ourselves with the area. To top it off we caught a ride to Walmart with Omar! I liked that these apartments are extremely secure and It is double gated and they have security cameras throughout. You need keys to leave and enter. We felt extremely safe staying there and even leaving the kids in the room for a few to explore. Mirtha also informed me that when my husband and I left she was monitoring the cameras, specifically for the safety of my kids and that was so nice to know. I had no issues with anybody entering my room without my knowledge. Omar made only one simple request and that was to conserve the energy and turn off the lights and AC, which makes sense, since you aren't in the room to us it. Overall, Omar and Mirtha are part of my extended family and we will be back to visit and stay at their apartments again. The 2 bedroom was very spacious, good internet, hot water and most importantly, very comfortable beds! They truly added a special touch to our vacation and they are extremely kid friendly! They provided a crib and high chair. We have made the decision to always book an apartment or condo when traveling, thanks to Omar and Mirtha.

Sandra and Juan were very accommodating when I asked to move to an apartment away from the front street because of noise. The kitchen was modern, bed comfortable and shower adequate. Easy walk to both 5th Avenue and the beach club. As well as AKI grocery store and many good restaurants.

The windows didn't have screens so opening them for a breeze was out of the question to keep mosquitoes out of the rooms. Even though the building is concrete, it is not soundproof. Barking dogs, loud music, motorcycles and buses can be heard until late at night.
