Facilities should have been checked before clients arrive. Washing machine, not working, no tea towels, no diswashing liquid, Master bedroom shower not working. Gas stove couldn't be lit, no serving bowls.

Booking was cancelled and I was not notified of the cancellation due to a flooding issue. I messaged the property for a follow up and have received no response

If the facilities can have power backup

There was no Power the whole night and also no toiletries

Location was pretty out of the world, took us 2 hours to find the place, my kids couldn't enjoy the swimming pool as it was occupied by the locals.

Clean room and the host waited for us even late into the night. We would always return here.

The woman assisting with check in was kind. We were able to cancel our reservation easily.

We chose not stay at the property after finding BEDBUGS in our room. The location was hard to find. There was overflowing rubbish near the room (glass bottles in a big pile).

Very difficult to find in a very poor area. it was not unsafe but it felt a bit… we have been with a kid. would not recommend for families but for couples ok.

The apartment had everything we needed, rooms were comfortable and bed was super comfy. Close to supermarket, Tanoa and nadi Airport. Super fast check in.

Not enough towels, no pool towels and tea towels. Rubbish around the rubbish bins out front, needs a little attention.

The house was clean,cooking and kitchen facilities were great, .The owners didn't disturb us.Allowed a longer check out time. Friendly staff. Even the security officers took our clothes off the line when it started raining even though we were not home.

Warm water in the shower took long to warm up and pressure was low. .Behind the house was a bit unkempt.

Kia orana from the Cooks! The location and units exceeded our expectation and would recommend this especially for those who are in Nadi on business. The location is great being only 4mins from Nadi International Airport, and only 5mins from the supermarkets, restaurants, Novotel and Tanoa hotels. Ranjani and her team are excellent hosts and would highly recommend them for future bookings!

very new, clean and separate rooms with separate bathrooms and all kitchen ware.

Away from shops so need to bring your own prepared toiletries and food.
