My son and daughter-in-law stayed in this beautiful cottage while visiting us in Oxford and we got to keep our granddaughter with us! We had a wonderful Christmas dinner together there! The kitchen was great to work in. They were so happy with the space - the bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. It was a much needed mini vacation for them. Great hosts who thought of everything. They didn't want to go back to North Carolina! We are already talking about doing this again next year.

The property was clean and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. It was much more spacious than we anticipated. We felt at home and appreciate the attention to detail regarding the hospitality. We were able to walk easily to The Square and enjoyed the screened in porch immensely.

Loved this charming house! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Oxford and watching Ole Miss win, and the house was a big part of our enjoyment. Beautiful screened in porch with a tv, full kitchen already provisioned with snacks and K cups. Lovely bedrooms and bath. Would stay again happily if the occasion arrives.

We moved my daughter into her dorm, and came back and stayed again while she was going thru the rush process. This is our favorite place to stay, it’s adorable, the beds are so cozy, the screened in porch is dreamy, and you can walk to the square!

We loved our stay in the cozy home. We enjoyed our walks to the square with 3 young children (under age 4). The master closet housed our baby’s pack n play! The house was beautifully decorated and stocked with all our needs. Will definitely be back!

Seriously, my daughter, and I could not have been more thrilled with our wonderful weekend stay at Mary Beth’s BEAUTIFUL home. The photos actually don’t do it justice. It is very well located, extremely spacious, is newly renovated and beautifully furnished and appointed!! It is quite comfortable and everything we needed was there. I felt like I was really on vacation!

We recently stayed at this wonderful property. It is roughly 7 blocks from the square, making it walkable. The decor is tasteful and well done , and the master suite is equal to a 5 star hotel, with massive bathroom and walk-in closet. There is a spacious screened in porch for coffee or gatherings. My only negative comment would be it needs to be better provisioned. There few plates, bowls, etc. I believe they s is a new listing so that will mostly be addressed. I would highly recommend this property and when in Oxford will make this my first choice.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the property for a week where we worked remotely and were able to be in town to celebrate my daughter and three friends who all turned 21 the same week. The property is in walking distance to the square and we made many trips up and back over the week to meet our daughter and friends for lunch and dinner. We wrapped up the week at the Ole Miss baseball game. Oh and it was Double Decker too! This property was the perfect place for us. It was very clean, tastefully decorated, and many amenities. It really had everything we needed and more. We hope to be able to stay again soon.

Your home was absolutely perfect for our family’s visit to Oxford. We could walk to the square and to campus! The home is perfect with a split floor plan, and precious outdoor porch for even more relaxing private spaces. We loved prepping thanksgiving in the open kitchen while entertaining family and friends. Plenty of room for our teenager to use the rollaway at night. (comfy too)

Love this cozy cottage!!! It’s much bigger and airy than the pictures portray and we really enjoyed the outside covered space. The property is less than a 10 minute walk to the square - lots of shopping and dining! This will be our go-to for visiting our daughter who attends Ole Miss!

My wife and I stayed three nights at this amazing property. It is a charming tastefully decorated house with all the amenities you could want. The wonderful hosts provided a thoughtful welcome basket with snacks, coffee and menus to local restaurants. The house is conveniently located a short walk from the square but far enough away to be in a peaceful setting. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Oxford!
