too far away from centre of town
Leak in toilet flush, bed slats broken in one bed, had to use convertible sofas. Other minor faults not fixed prior to stay. No welcome pack.
Flight was delayed, hence apartment arrival time delay. Keys not immediately available.
Number of available beds not as advertised.

Little things make a difference, if you are going to have a coffee machine requiring pods...then provide some pods.
Shower extraction fan is disgusting and needs a clean. Showering whilst being able to see it, is enough to make you vom!
