Absolutely loved the location and the pool area was nice. most of the staff were friendly enough with the odd exception

the apartments were a little dark and sparsely furnished - the air conditioning didn’t work, there were not enough pillows, the Wi-Fi didn’t work initially and the room was only cleaned once - which is poor over the course of a week. the hotel is meant to be family friendly but no inflatables were allowed! this really disappointed my kids.

Quiet location, staff, pool, breakfast

Apartments are a bit noisy. Walls seem to be paper thin.

Beautiful gardens

I loved the view and the appartement was very spacious.

the pictures on booking show a modern appartement with clean white kitchen and bathroom. In reality we had an apartment with a old brown kitchen and very old bathroom. I don’t like it when the pictures show something completely different than what you get!!!!

excellent location

parking is appalling. confusing instructions and lots of people spent ages trying to park. a real problem and affected our enjoyment

The staff was Nice- especially the Italian entertertainer/animator did an excellent job- Both with pilates and watergym + nightentertainment!

Very clean, beautiful views, chilled atmosphere. great food! the staff were so lovely, we will definitely be back.

the bed were a little hard

A bit far away from Ibiza city and the only transportation means to Ibiza city is via a private car or a taxi.
