мы заселились в условленное время. Горничная Джулия убралась очень хорошо, и убиралась в течение всего нашего отпуска каждый день. Мистер Лалит был очень внимателен к нам, и решал все вопросы. Это замечательный человек помогал нам всегда! На территории тихо, никаких происшествий не было. Ходили один раз в бассейн, он почти всегда пуст (кому нужен бассейн, когда можно дойти до пляжа за 20 минут?) Телевизор и приставки работали хорошо, правда было бы удобнее, если бы телевизор был расположен на первом этаже возле стола. На вилле присутствует все необходимое, если вы любите готовить, вся кухонная утварь. На заднем дворике есть стиральная машина. Очень надеемся еще раз посетить эту виллу.

Villa was exactly it is exactly same as shown in pic's, it looked even nicer physically. all amenities and appliances were working in perfect condition. Villas was very clean and spacious. I stayed here for four nights with my family and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is a fully loaded villa with all facilities like washing machine complete functional kitchen with all utensils has both gas and induction top, refrigerator, microwave and oven. location is very near to Varca beach which was super clean and very less crowded kids enjoyed a lot. special thanks to Property Manager Mr. Lalit who was very nice to show us around the Villa and explained all things on day one. It felt home away from home. I would highly recommend this for both families and friends and if i happen to visit again i would like to come back to this accommodation again. btw this villa is in a gated community with good security and outdoor pool which was excellent.

Spare keys were not there for washrooms I hope they put it there.

The villa is just amazing with all the facilities that one would need for a comfortable stay. The location is very peaceful. So if you are looking for a vacation far from city's hustle, one should definitely stay here. The property manager Lalit is a gem of a person. He not just made sure we had a comfortable stay but also suggested the best places to visit around.

All was good. It's just that the property is in second phase, the common pool was under construction. But nevertheless, the stay in itself was amazing to not feel very bad about the pool.
