Perfect location and amazing attention from the hotel staff. The views from the room are awesome. Good value for money.

Friendly staff, pretty good location, good breakfast and gorgeous views from the breakfast room.

Absolutely useless internet—unstable and terribly slow, avoid this hotel if you need to work. Hard and uncomfortable bed. The views are a hit-and-miss. On one side, they're great, on the other, you're looking right into the neighbour's apartments and have no privacy.

Everything until checkout

I had agreed a rate for a number of days and paid in advance. On checking out the staff (which included the person I had agreed a rate with) appeared to have forgotten all about this and tried to insist I paid the standard rate. It took over half an hour to resolve during which time they repeatedly denied agreeing the rate. I don't know whether they had genuinely forgotten about it or whether they had acted beyond their authority in agreeing the rate to begin with or some other reason, but it was a very unpleasant experience and marred an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Spacious and clean rooms with terrace. Quiet and away from the road noise which was perfect. Nice Gym with views and roof level restaurant for breakfast. The breakfast was fresh and again so pleasant due to views and quality of the food. The area is safe and there are many shops in every direction from the hotel. There's a new international supermarket next to the hotel where you can find pretty much anything you miss from home. Staying at this hotel is the closest to feeling at home while still being in a hotel in a big city. Oh and the construction noise other reviewers mentioned might be over. They were renovating the room opposite mine in the hallway and I never heard a thing. The staff really do put a lot of effort into everything being perfect and it shows.

Shower could have had a little more pressure in my room.
