Das Apartment ist einem schönen Wohnkomplex integriert. Es hat für zwei Personen eine ausreichende Größe und hat eine umfangreiche Ausstattung. Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung war zwar nicht mehr die Neuste, aber gepflegt.

Der Geschirrspüler war gedenket, so dass per Hand abgewaschen werden musste. Der große Wandschrank im Schlafzimmer konnte von uns nicht genutzt werden, weil er vollgestellt war wie z.B. mit zwei Klappbetten. Dadurch konnten wir unsere Kleidung nicht darin aufbewahren. Das Wohnzimmer konnte nicht durch eine Tür vom Schlafzimmer getrennt werden, dadurch wurde der noch Schlafende durch Aktivitäten im Wohnbereich gestört.

The condo and location were perfect! Very tropical decor inside and beautiful palms, waterways with ducks and koi. Picture Perfect!!!

The shower would never turn on. It needs a direction sheet in the bathroom. Also the dishwasher has a sign on it that says broken….. needs repair. But the most difficult obstacle was that the door lockbox never worked. I had to wait an hour at the door in the heat and rain until a nice lady finally called me and gave me a code to the back up lockbox. The lack of a human to contact and solve problems in an appropriate manner needs to be addressed.

Cost of condo was misleading in that rate of 145/day would be excellent value. But we were not told till after booking the stay that the cleaning fees and additional charges would more than double the cost of the stay. That was a bait and switch tactic I don’t find attractive at all. Be honest about what you are charging and don’t hide cost so chose this place over comparable places that showed the hidden charges.
