Cœur de Salt Lake City à proximité des centres commerciaux, des épiceries ... facile à aller partout. Cette location est un nouveau 3350sf du sous-sol entièrement fini. Il dispose d'une entrée privée, d'une connexion Wi-Fi et d'un parking gratuits, d'un immense pont arrière avec comptoir en granit, d'une cuisinière pour barbecue et d'un mini-réfrigérateur. Vous pouvez profiter de notre beau jardin 0. 25 ac avec bassin à poissons, foyer. . et dégustation de nos légumes biologiques, des fruits aux différentes saisons. Tout est neuf, agréable, propre et très confortable. Ma femme et moi vivons toujours à l'étage principal. Nous pouvons parler anglais et mandarin (chinois), et nous serons ravis de vous aider à obtenir n'importe quoi ou n'importe quelle information pour profiter de vos vacances.

Ce 3 chambres avec toilettes partagées de la location est autorisé seulement 7 personnes à rester la nuit et total jusqu'à 12 personnes libres d'utiliser notre barbecue dans la cour. Si vous souhaitez organiser une fête ou un petit événement réunissant jusqu'à 50 personnes, des frais supplémentaires vous seront facturés. S'il vous plaît contacter le propriétaire à l'avance. Tous les visiteurs doivent partir avant 12h, car notre système de sécurité et notre heure de repos commencent à 12h-7h.
Si vous souhaitez organiser une fête (jusqu’à 50 personnes) pour utiliser notre espace jardin de 17h00 à 23h30 (vendredi ou samedi), le jour de la semaine jusqu’à 22h30, le tarif est de 250 $. 00 (en semaine) 300 $. Supplément de 00 (weeken d) jusqu'à la location de notre arrière-cour. Libre d'utiliser un foyer si vous apportez votre propre bois. The home and grounds were beautiful. The kids loved the games and the large tv. We thoroughly enjoyed our short one night stay.

After a short 4 day visit with our 11 year old granddaughter we had to get her back home to her parents. So we brought her back to Utah. Ours Kids home is not big enough for extra guests so we decided to stay at Sunny's place. Sunny's back yard is totally awesome. Her entire back yard is a beautifully maintained garden with a Koa pond, and a fire pit. We only stayed one night so we did not get to enjoy the garden as much as I would have liked. The accommodations inside the home were rich and tastefully done. Sunny was very helpful and accommodating. I almost felt like we were long time friends. I would recommend this Vacation Home Rental to anyone.

I threw a bachelorette party at this location and all of my guests were satisfied. The location was very clean and wonderfully home-y, the hostess is from Taiwan who is very nice and pleasant. She prefers you remove your shoes at the door and either go barefoot or wear the slippers she provides around the house. It is very spacious and we enjoyed using the kitchen and the space behind the couch for the games. It was difficult to decorate with all our Gatsby themed decor because we were asked not to use tape on the walls, so it wasn't exactly as how I imagined. I do think the place is a bit overpriced, I paid about $250 for the night, ONE night, and an additional $200 cash security deposit upon arrival. I requested not to use the backyard space because it was going to be an additional $200 for the yard. I thought the space itself was nice and well prepared however I did not appreciate the hidden fees for cleaning and the yard. We decided to clean everything ourselves and got the security deposit back. The hostess was also a bit of a micro manager, so I felt some pressure for some of her silly rules like parking, a 50 dollar fee for extra people and the use of the backyard. I would stay here again because it was so nice but only if I was entertaining about thirty people, otherwise I don't think it is worth the money.

We stayed at Sunny's place after Christmas for a brother and son ski trip. The place was perfect to rekindle the old ping pong and pool grudges. Plenty of space to spread out relax, too. One evening we had guests over for dinner and made use of the seating for 12 at the dinner table. During the days, it was an easy 25 minute drive to Snowbird/Brighton/Solitude. All in all a great trip. Would definitely stay there again (especially if she keeps the rates so low!) Thanks, Sunny.

We are so grateful for such a wonderful place for our family to gather for the holiday. It was perfect. The pool table, ping pong, air hockey, chess table, dart board.... something for everyone and everyone at the same time. The dining room table was big enough for all to sit together for a big family meal and the kitchen well stocked with all the dishes and gadgets. Much thought went into creating such a wonderful space. Thank you Sunny and Steve!

Sunny and Steve were friendly. The home was clean and fun for the whole family. A very large, open space with games for the kids made it even more enjoyable. Slept like a baby. The rooms are extremely comfortable.
