Quaint and cozy cottage. Very clean, well equipped, and close beach access made it a beautiful place to see the sunset. The place is ideally set to see new sites while walking the dog, the beach to roam, access to trolley rides, and a beautiful heated pool area to kick my feet up and relax in quietness. Jill was on top of things all the time with her desire to accommodate every need. Excellent host! My two weeks may have been a little cool, windy and rainy, but it was wonderful compared to a foot and half of snow and below zero temperatures back. I hope to be back next year.

Property was exactly as described, just 100 steps to the beach. In a quiet neighborhood. Island trolley bus service which stops just round the corner is an excellent way to get around.

Just perfect. Walk across the street to the beach. Walk at night, Beautiful stars out at night. Apartment had all the things you need and possibly forget to bring. Spices, coffee, filters. Quaint, comfortable feeling inside. Bathroom was Awesome, Bedroom was Sweet. I'd suggest anyone to stay here. Thank you. W.F.E.

My wife and I really loved our stay. The location was close to everything and the beach is across the street. The condo had everything we needed and more storage space for all the gear we brought with us. The pool was clean. Jill was great and answered emails and calls promptly. We had the best time and will be back!

We’ve stayed here a few other times and have always enjoyed it. A short walk to the beach makes sunsets easy to see. As for food, there are several bars and restaurants in the area easily accessible by the golf cart cabbies and busses running on Gulf Drive throughout the day. We just finished our stay and have already scheduled another stay next year. Jill, the owner, is a phenomenal host. She’s friendly and a great communicator. Thanks for a great time Jill!

We had the the most relaxing stay at Jill’s place. The unit was clean and just a close walk to the beach. The check in and out process was smooth and we had great communication from Jill. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful cottage, very nicely decorated and supplied with everything needed even beach chairs, umbrella and cooler! Great communication for easy check in and check out. Very short walk to beach was a plus!

We loved every moment of our stay at this rental! Literally cross the street and you’ve got beach access. Adorably decorated, amazing property owner, wonderful quiet neighborhood. We biked or drove to most places. A few minute bike ride to Bridge Street with fun shops and Pier. Walk south on the beach and grab breakfast or a cocktail at the Kokonut Hut. Highly recommend The Happy Paddler for a kayak excursion, Aluna Wellness for massages (across the street) and Mar Vista for a delicious bay-side lunch. We will be back!

Very cute place to play. So much better than staying in a hotel room. The kitchen was a nice size with everything we needed. We enjoy the outdoors so it was nice to have breakfast outside by the pool. Such a nice neighborhood. Super close to the beach so you can just leave your chairs and go back to the place and have lunch and go back. Jill the owner was great with communication. She is right on your whole stay.

The location is great, the only downside was the water pressure in the shower. The place is so cute and very well stocked for cooking. We love staying at Jill's place, this is this is the second New years we have stayed at her place.

Everything was clean, with quality towels and everything else at our fingertips. "Our Beach" was our favorite location on the Island, just beautiful and peaceful.
Our host Jill, was just fantastic and so friendly - she made herself available to us for anything we might need and let us know we could reach her at any time at all if we needed her (which we didn't because everything was perfect)
Although we spent most of our time at the beach, the pool area that was located right outside our sliding doors, was great. Lots of chairs and tables and fun and beachy periwinkle vibe.
Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Anna Maria Island!!! Love, love, love!!!

My two young kids and I stayed here for an entire week. The swimming pool was great as we needed an occasional break from the salt water. Location was fantastic as the trolley stop was very close and the central nature of the address ensured quick access to all the beautiful beaches. Our unit was kept nice and cool by the fans and air conditioning. Jill was a fantastic host.
