The cabin was beautiful, great view, ideal location, quiet, clean & we were tickled to death to be greeted with both indoor & outside Christmas decorations. All 4 bedrooms had a personal bathroom as well as an additional 1/2 bath at the front door. The cabin was so much bigger inside then it looked outside. Highly, highly recommend & look forward to staying here again in the future.

We loved our Christmas break at Cabin of Dreams. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and had plenty to keep everyone occupied. But the kitchen/dining area was also big enough for us all to gather and make cookies for santa on Christmas Eve night! Everyone loved the theatre, but it definitely needs updating since what you can watch is so limited as is. Our young adult children and teens were disappointed that they couldnt do Netflix or other streaming services and there appeared to be a big green spot on the screen but it got better farther into the movie. We did call and have maintenance look at it just in case. They were there when they said they would be and very professional. The kitchen could use some extra touches like spice, good pots that arent so beaten up but they were useable. All in all we absolutely loved our vacation! Loved having it decorated for Christmas and 2 trees! Plenty of atarter supplies also! Great job with this one guys!

Overall the cabin was nice and is close to town and all the attractions. They even had it decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch. The pictures on line make it looked isolated but it’s in a neighborhood with houses close together. The cabin had some kitchen pans and cooking supplies but the pans were rusty and should be replaced. They completely remove everything from the cabin so nothing is left from other renters (salt pepper). The check in process was less than desirable and took many try’s before they had to call me to tell me how to correct the issue needing to provide my drivers license and credit card for the final payment (which I never had to do for a VBRO). More than likely we will not use the rental company who owns this cabin based on cost, experience.

This is the second time we stayed at this home and it is a wonderful place for visiting the area. The mountain views are amazing and the house is close to all amenities. So close and yet you feel you are away from all of the crowds. Lots of space, great theater room, meals on the balcony are awesome. Highly recommend!

Spacious cabin with a beautiful view located in a family friendly neighborhood. Just a short drive to many attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Cabin provided great entertainment for entire family - hot tub, movie theater, arcade games, 2 living rooms (both with fireplaces), tv in every room, and multi level decks with a relaxing porch swing & rocking chairs. Our family of 12 enjoyed our stay!

This cabin was amazing! Great location and super clean! Another plus, was having plenty of linens!! Can’t say enough how important that was. The only negative was the pictures showed a pool. We assumed this was on the property or close by. We had to drive 20 minutes to get to the pool.. it was a great pool, with a super cute deli/restaurant, but the picture was a little deceiving. Otherwise, great property and we would definitely book again.

The cabin was all we could want and more. It accommodated everyone in our party. The gameroom and jacuzzi were a favorite. Very clean as well.

Beautiful views, very spacious it fit all nine of us perfectly! Just far enough out of town do you feel like you’re really in the country but close enough to town to get to attractions and restaurants within 10 minutes.

We absolutely loved our stay at this amazing cabin! There were so many things we loved about it. The space was great! We had plently of space for our group of 13, plus more! The kitchen was well stocked! We felt that there were plenty of towels. The game room was a great space for all of the children, plus the adults! The theatre room was amazing! We put all 13 of us in there one night to watch a movie all together! We loved that! The hot tub was a plus, at the beginning of our stay. The decks were wonderful. So much seating on the decks. We loved the swings most! The views were gorgeous! The staff that we worked with were wonderful! Location was great! We just loved it!
Just a few things.... Upon our arrival, our grill was broken, we called the company and they told us they would bring a new grill the next day. By the evening of that day, they still had not brought one, so we called a second time. They said they wouldn't be able to get us one until the next day. They did end up bringing it that day and everything was fine.
After the second day, we noticed the hot tub was not staying heated and there was a very bad smell. We called and they sent maintenance out. They came pretty fast. He was able to get the heat up but the smell remained, so we were unable to use it for the remaining 2 days left in our stay, so that was a bummer.
I would suggest bringing extra blankets. On all beds there was only a sheet and a very thin blanket.
Overall, our stay was amazing and we would stay in this exact cabin again! We even saw a bear! Right in the front yard of our cabin. That was the highlight of our trip.

The cabin was exactly as it appeared online. Beautiful inside and out. The view was amazing and the space was perfect for our family of ten. We will definitely be back.

The cabin is absolutely beautiful and spacious. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. The location is perfect. The only suggestion we have is to get new mattresses and pillows.

This cabin fell victim to poor upkeep and a lack of essentials. The dust was an issue, batteries in the TV remotes were dead, old school coffee maker, home theater can only play DVDs, no bathroom fans, no garbage disposal, 1 player games in the "arcade", and an old hot tub with no bubbles. Beautiful location, short drive from Pigeon Forge, but could use a few upgrades.

Our family of 6 adults and one infant had a wonderful and relaxing week at this spacious and luxurious cabin. Peaceful neighborhood with incredible views, but close to shopping, the National Park and other amenities. Well stocked kitchen, hot tub, game room. Even a theater room - which we didn't get a chance to try, but was decorated so cutely with such comfy chairs! The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels were provided for our large group. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of everything! The gas grill was clean and functional.
Had one very small issue (a slow draining sink in one of the bathrooms) so contacted property manager. They had maintenance over within a couple of hours to resolve!!
Great customer service, lovely location! Thank you for a lovely vacation for our family! We will be back. :)

Please be aware when you arrive to this listing. Pay attention to damages in the cabin and take a photo and report it immediately! Management, housekeeping, and maintenance are running a scam claiming damages and making guest responsible for damages that were already there. There were two large scratches and damages on the wall and an old broken bear clock that they claim we had broken. Do your walk through and send a photo immediately. I am so upset with companies like this running type of scam. I am escalating this issue to VRBO to look into this!

Absolutely stunning property! You couldn't possibly ask for more, this cabin had everything! The view was incredible, the hot tub was perfect, the kitchen was plentiful, and the arcade and movie theater sealed the deal. Couldn't have been happier with this choice, can't wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay at Cabin 701. The rooms were spacious and the house was very very clean. The only negative we had were the upstairs bed were really hard. The down stairs was a great area with the game and movie room.
You won’t regret this rental !

Our family (ranging from toddler to grandmother) of 12 loved this cabin! It was in a great location far enough from the chaos of town but close enough to get to things quickly. The kids loved the hot tub, the game room & the movie room. We were grateful for the space to spread out & bathrooms for all the different family units. We enjoyed sitting on the porches & the view of the mountains was beautiful. The area was quiet & relaxing, especially after long days of activities at Dollywood.

Super nice property. Beds were awesomely comfortable. Theater room and games for all. Close to all the action in Pigeon Forge. Only one complaint, hot tub was no good. If nice hot tub is important I would not recommend this property. If that isn't important, I can 100% recommend this property.

We did NOT get to stay at the cabin pictured because it was not available, this was the original cabin we booked but had to postpone due to COVID. I’m sure the stay would have been much better. We stayed at grandpas getaway and really weren’t that impressed due to not enough parking. The cabin was good inside. Just could not hardly park two cars that we had. Other people in the same area were complaining about not enough parking. Other than that the stay was nice. And everything was clean!

This is a really nice cabin in a great location. Game room and theatre room were very well done.
Hot tub was bad. It was basically like a hot bath tub. Jets barely produced any output at all. If the hot tub is important to your vacation, I'd pick a different place. If it's not then this place is great.

Absolutely amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. The kids loved the theater room and the game room. It was very spacious, plenty of room for everyone. We had a wonder time!!! It could use some new pots and pans and a large family size skillet. We had a great time. Would definitely book again!!!

This cabin was spacious and had a fantastic view. Main level king master suite, two queen suites upstairs and one king w bunk bed downstairs where the theater and game room is. Each bedroom had its own bath attached! Well stocked kitchen. Only down side was the hot tub jets could be stronger but the hot water helped after a long day of walking.

What a gorgeous cabin! The pictures don’t do it justice. 4 adults and 4 kids had more than enough room to relax and enjoy the mountains. The cabin is perfectly located, you few secluded while at the same time you are minutes from everything! We enjoyed the game room so much with the kids. The movie room was great to snuggle up and watch Christmas movies. We made lots of dinners and breakfast every morning. The kitchen is well stocked and the appliances are new and clean. We had a blast and cannot wait to book our next vacation!
