Lovely, stylish condo, very clean and has everything you can think of for a comfortable stay. Appreciated the TVs in every room. Loved the memory foam mattresses for a great nights sleep!

The view is like few others in the magical city of New Orleans. Located in a fabulous neighborhood with yummy restaurants and bars.

Liked the room not loved, had issues with the pull out sofa, and need blinds for the dining room, bigger soaps and shampoo and condition maybe bottles. Master shower is amazing Loved the dog run very spacious and advertise the bbq grills and pool more we didn't know there was one or we would have brought our suits, and maybe add a hot tub as well. But all around very good

The condo itself is beautiful, is safe and secure. However like other reviewers, we arrived to a place that had not been cleaned. It had laundry in the washer/dryer. The washrooms were filthy - used shampoo bottles, soap and washcloths in the showers. There were food stains in the kitchen; on the counters, cupboards and in the fridge. The floors were awful - dust and pet hair. It truly looked like it had not been swept for quite some time. We arrived later at night after a long travel day. I had to clean and do laundry before bed and then again early the next day. It was gross. We had been sent the wrong codes to enter the parking garage and the unit - one call to Vacasa customer service remedied that. As others have reported, Vacasa was available and apologetic but really lack in customer service. We booked this place in March (for August stay) and it seems from reading other reviews in the past few months, this cleaning issue is regular. Something has gone badly since we booked - reviews were fine then! My sense is Vacasa has been accustomed to this property being missed for cleaning. They have said they will refund our cleaning fee. Given the mess we arrived to, there should be more offered. This error is worth more than $150. Until Vacasa gets its stuff together, I would suggest booking a place that is not managed by them. There are many options available in New Orleans - and it is a beautiful city.

Unit was a disaster when we arrived. Every surface covered in dog hair; even in the beds.

We had a group of 4 ladies in town for Essence festival. Hoping to escape the relentless heat, we checked into our rental only to be faced with the a/c not working properly. We had a breezy internal temp of 87 degrees. We contacted Vacasa text service on multiple occasions only to be told "sorry" each and every time. We finally got hold of someone local and she attempted to resolve the problem. The follow-up was horrible as we had to continuously reach out to them for any updates. We asked to be transferred to another rental unit but were infomed the other unit also had a/c issues. We asked for fans and we were eventually given 1. This was completely unacceptable and took a lot away from our experience. I can not say with confidence that i would ever book with Vacasa again.

We booked this penthouse for a long weekend, it has safe, secure parking for one vehicle and secure access to the building from the sidewalk. The neighborhood is quiet and seemed safe during the day. We loved the pool and the penthouse was spacious and well appointed, we found it very comfortable. We had three issues: entry codes did not work the first day, Vacasa was very quick to correct this; the a/c was not working so we opted to end our trip early because it was too hot and Vacasa could not get someone there on the weekend; the smoke detector got went off every time we tried to cook so that was annoying.

Beware of door locks. All reviews are accurate and a/c issues. Otherwise it’s a spectacular property.
