Location of the hotel and swimming pool, food quality was homely, even though there were limited options

No staff available at night, also it was very inadequately staffed. Excess payment was deducted initially and then on query was refunded back The locational staff was not even aware of payment details, had to wait for 30 mins before getting the same sorted Tea, milk sugar and toilet accessories were not automatically replanished during housekeeping, they same had to be asked for again and again One night dinner was not available as chef was not present... Food had to be ordered from outside Considering the price that was charged... Specially 100% advance before check in, the quality of service was not satisfactory,

the owner insisted in payment upfront which couldn’t be done via the card used on booking.com so I had to send via international bank transfer which cost £30 extra then he claimed for three weeks the money had not arrived .It was only when we got an Indian to ring him the day before we were due to arrive there that he claimed the money had arrived after weeks of ignoring us.When we got there rooms dirty full of mould,smelt of smoke and place seemed neglected.Not pleasant at all .No working tv.Breakfast shocking didn’t even have any bread for toast,tablecloths filthy .Seriously don’t bother.

location, ambience and concept is really good. Lovely pool at the top.

They need to improve on morning breakfast items. What we want is not available even on paying extra. We went out so it was okay.

There is no specific cons for the resort...

There isnt space for car parking and we had to park on a narrow road which didnt seem apt at all and unhappy with the security too.

They have provided complimentary breakfast and it was good. Especially the Poha taste was so good.. :).. We ordered tea at evening they gave in big jar :P

They could have ask for towels change and bedsheets change, if the guests are staying more than 2 days. Its really required in rainy season..

The resort is amazing. We stayed for 3 nights. The resort is very clean and rooms are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The look of the resort is stunning. It's surrounded by lush greenery. We went in the monsoon season.
