موقع المكان ممتاز والاطلاله مميزة، تعامل المالك راقي، وسرعة في اجراءات الدخول والخروج ، توفر جميع ادوات المطبخ ، الفرش نظيف وان كان مستهلك، تجربه جميله ، والسعر ممتاز.
وجود العمارة : على البحر مباشرة ، اثر على الدهانات الداخلية وابواب الخشب والأثاث الخشبي … مما يوحي بقدم العمارة وكانها مبنى عريق مهمل .
