Host canceled the day before my trip.

Very bad management. I collected the keys from the lockbox and one of the key was broken so I couldn't access the property. At 3 pm the cleaners were still there so they gave me their set of keys but unfortunately the key was broken inside the lock so the only access was from the alley. I informed the manager but they didn't do anything about it, telling me everyday that my issue is on the top of their list and it will be solved asap. I stayed 5 nights and they never did anything about the key Internet is also an issue, doesn't work all the time. It was impossible to work, I used my hotspot to connect my laptop. The dishwasher was leaking, they didn't inform me about the issue. It was a very bad experience
