Hotel was nice and the room was great however there was no room service because of short staff by the time i walk from the restaurant to pick up my food and back to room it was cold. The ice machine wasn’t working. I had asked for a ground floor and was told there were no clean rooms I arrived at 6:30pm not sure there were no clean rooms. I had pick this hotel because it was close to the airport and i had a very early flight.

Room was clean, but very dated

Burst water pipes from a storm in the lobby and restaurant, 1-3” of ice in parking lot (forget walking to the restaurant across the street without ice cleats), no heat in the restaurant with the inside temps in the 30’s, very limited restaurant hours, pool, sauna, hot tub all closed, room not as clean as they used to be per carpets and floors. New ownership was dealt a blow with a big ice storm but the place was worse two weeks later with no help in getting heat into the restaurant. Front desk personnel were nice and did the best they could under the circumstances. New owners need to step up to the plate.

Thin walls, no help with issues, management lied, people camping out in hallway. Go somewhere else.

No more free breakfast. Limited menu for dinner. Restaurant closed early on the day I checked in so had no where to dine..

Again this day was rather basic service was OK. I tried to check in just a little early like maybe 30 minutes and ended up having to wait an additional hour for rooms due to their lack of employees they were they were shortstaffed and that’s OK and nothing nothing wrong there. The room key however consistently stopped working. I had to get it re-image I think three times so that was a hassle to be honest because one time I had my arms full of groceries and work stuff and I had to go all the way back downstairs to get reimaged so I said that was kind of a hassle, I only had one towel so not a big deal but like I didn’t have another towel to like put dishes on. And honestly, I felt like asking would you know some of the people just did not seem very friendly. Overall, it was a fine day. There was no real issues. The room was extremely extremely nice like it was very nice, but I don’t think it was necessarily worth the money for the service that was provided, and the area that that is in, so overall, it was a good day. There was nothing that stood out about the service or the room excepted. It was a very very nice room.

Comfortable bed, nice large room. Very nice reception employee, very helpful.

Advertise fast internet but was very slow couldnt use it aslo advertised breakfast but didnt have any inspite of it being advertised on the entrance sign
