Refrigerator wasnt cold, lock on bathroom door jammed. Other than that, it was a nice hotel.

Old Town Abuquerque with the charm of an old hotel and its ridiculously large and comfortable lobby. Nice. Utilized the house restaurant with nice food and a particularly inviting protected patio area.

The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Beautiful grounds. It would be great for a wedding. But we had a hard few nights on our stay.
When we checked in, there was a lot of sound from the ice machine and elevator. I used the text service to request a new room, but no one answered. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone was broken. I was finally able to call using the speaker phone, and they moved us to another room, which was great.
We stayed for three nights, and these were the biggest problems:
* No hot water. We could only take tepid showers
* Parking was a hassle at night. They had valet (which was great), but in the morning you sometimes had to chase down someone to get your car
* Really noisy. Lots of weddings, so there were loud, laughing people late into the night. Loud door slams and toilet flushes. Loud air and heat (we ended up turning ours off)

The front front desk staff were awesome. Very friendly and informative. We will be back!

Our stay at the hotel was unpleasant and not quiet at all ,kids running up and down the hall, yelling without there parents, slamming doors, didn't get any sleep and we called the front desk and they said they would take care of it they never did. There was no parking due to a outside party. I wouldn't go back.

The customer service was lovely, the restaurant and common areas were lovely. The beds were small and the bathroom was small, but it was a very good experience.

Very near the old town and sawmill area. It’s my first time in abq. Staffs - all and any of them - very friendly and knowledgeable for you to plan things and figure out the time there. Beds are clean and comfortable. Overall 5 star and I would visit again.

The hotel is stunning with its historic charm and beauty. The hotel is clean and the staff attentive. Security present inside the hotel and making rounds outside. Restaurant and bars convenient. I always enjoy my stays at Hotel Albuquerque. You won't be disappointed.

Great place to Stay Clean, Nice and good Service

Hotel was clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. My room was comfortable and clean. The hotel restaurant food was delicious. However, it was understaffed causing a long wait to get refills (which never came) or check as was noted by other guests also having the same problem. The location was perfect for navigating in and out.

Stopped here on a long drive between CO and CA. We wanted somewhere comfortable that had a great restaurant onsite, and this place delivered!
Gardunos was excellent. Room (especially bed) was very comfortable. The lobby is beautiful. Our stay here was short, but I would definitely stay again.

Checkin was a breeze and the room, a basic with two double beds, was terrific-bed and pillows super comfortable newly redone bathroom. Outdoor spaces were lovely with heated pool and hot tub. Sister hotel next door has a large fitness center and rooftop restaurant and bar with gas fire pits and outdoor heaters. Really was an exceptional stay.

Beautiful lobby. Room has been renovated since I was here 3 years ago. Very nice!

Lovely hotel, the rooms were lacking in feeling compared to the beauty of the foyer. The bathroom was nice, getting hot water took a verrry long time. Check in staff were a little disinterested, but everyone else was very nice. Great location too.

A nice place to stay. Clean and updated. Restaurant on site is good. Beware of the resort fee that adds $20/night to the total. Walking distance to the Sawmill Market and Old Town Plaza.

Hotel was very nice, great location and staff is very nice. Rooms are not very sound proof and we could hear all those around us. Great in all other ways.

Loved the location and the hotel overall, but our room was mediocre and the heater was a bit noisy. It kept waking me up.

This hotel is very southwestern. If you’ve never spent time in the Southwest this is a good hotel to start your journey.

Beautiful property and lobby with grand fireplace and soaring ceilings just next to Old Town (which in and of itself was charming but mostly shopping & not a draw for us). The hotel's pool and jacuzzi were a delight even in January. Beds were surprisingly small (didn't expect doubles) but very comfortable. Bathroom beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

This is a super nice stay- excellent bed and relaxing property with unique nearby attractions like sawmill, jazz bar & Flamenco show. I have grown tired of the Marriott property inconsistency, pricing and lack of attention to maintaining their brand promise- their signature bedding is now hit or miss as is their service and cleanliness.
