The room was not very clean. There was hair on the bathroom sink faucet handle, on the bathtub, and all over the floor in the bathroom. There was also something leaking from the the bottom of the toilet that looked like old vomit that was not cleaned. The headboard on the bed looked like it had splashmarks and handprints all over it, so did several places on the walls.There were also stains on several pillow cases. It just did not feel very clean at all

We were very happy with our stay. We used the hotel shuttle and didn't have to drive anywhere. That was a big plus

Came to DBQ for my son’s collegiate baseball games. Places to eat were in walking distance. Hotel was nice!

This is the second time we have stayed here and the customer service is amazing! The only thing we wish it had was a hot tub. This hotel is in a great area where a lot of adults stay, so it would be nice to be able to relax in a hot tub.

We have stayed here before & we would definitely recommend it if you are in Dubuque for a stay. Very convenient with the Five Flags center right across the road & many bars/restaurants nearby. They have been doing some remodeling/updating & it all looks amazing.

Garbage all over the parking area. Network cables hanging all over in hallways. TV didn't work and the staff wasn't helpful at all in addressing the situation. The first shift staff was polite and helpful. I have stayed here several times before and didn't have issues.

This hotel is very outdated! It is a pet friendly hotel and our room had an animal odor…there was water damage to the wall and the curtains were falling off the window!
We appreciate that they are attempting to renovate but will not return until it’s complete.

Went to our suite and kids where in the hall playing hockey. The bedroom door was cracked and looked like it was kicked in at some point.

Hitel was clean. Dinner in restaurant was good. The breakfast buffet was ok. Pool on smaller side and no hot tub. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location down town, walkable to so much on main street!

I enjoyed being in the old downtown. There was some noise, awakening me twice: once it was a vehicle's backup alarm, the second time it was a train's horn.

We’ve stayed here before. Good location. This time there was construction with a horribly strong tar smell, drop off blocked by equipment and no tv service on a college football Saturday! Just be honest about construction so we can make an informed decision AND have your rates reflect under construction

The location of the hotel is great for main street shopping and dining.
There was a small issue with the room that I had reserved for a king bed.
I was directed to a room with 2 double beds.
Not sure if the hotel computer system had shown what I had reserved.
I returned to the front to address the issue and was soon given the room that I had reserved.

Did a girlfriend trip for 3 days. This hotel was so convenient and the front desk staff went out of their way to be helpful. We could walk to most everything we wanted to see. Shuttle service is available to many attractions. Breakfast was good and our waitress was wonderful. Dinner, not so much. Food was marginal and service was very slow for dinner. Only ate dinner there once. Comfy beds and pillows. Would stay here again.

Great hotel and room was wonderful. The bed was soft, pillow options great, air conditioning string and bathroom was perfect. Loved that there was a restaurant in the lobby serving good food and drinks. Hotel was quiet and I slept like a baby
