My key cards hardly worked. I kept having to get new ones. Had to wait 20 minutes each time to try and use their gym because they couldn’t get my cards to work plus it didn’t open til 7?!! A lot like to workout early.. so that was inconvenient.
Everytime I’d get back yi my room which was top floor, key card would not work. Only had one elevator working so would have to wait forever to get back down to ask for nee cards AGAIN.

At 1st glance everything looked good but the longer we stayed the worse it was. 1st we noticed a small stain on the bed cover, then some weird build-up around the sink faucets. But the worst part was when we opened up the hid-a-bed and found a blood stain......nothing huge, but still really gross.
When we found that my wife called the desk and was offered a replacement matress but we declined.
While the pool was nice and warm, it was very cloudy.
We also noticed there was always kids and young adults in the pool even though the resort seemed dead. That's when we found out that the resort sells something like a day pass to people to use the pool without staying at the resort. So don't expect a moment of peace while by the pool.
While everything seemed nice on the surface I doubt we will be back.

Great get away for a few days

The hotel could use a little freshness. I believe they are upgrading slowly.

Room was spacious & gorgeous views but the property could definitely do for an upgrade. TV was small & dated, bathroom was tiny especially with the door shut, bed could be better, older carpets and furniture. The patio was awesome with great mountain views. The bar makes the best Old Fashion I've ever had.

Good trip lots of places to antique shop relaxing room

It was good, the rooms are big and bed comfortable.

The resort staff were very kind and helpful. Andre was a pleasant front desk host. There is evidence of the age of this resort, but it was a nice relaxing space. They have done some updates. It was peaceful. The fitness room, pool and spa area are open and don't feel crowded. The bar area was a nice spot for breakfast, and Angela was very friendly and helpful.

Nice place, nice people. A little outdated but cozy. Only real issue was cleanliness. Doritos and clothing tags still on the floor from previous guest. Some substance with hair sticking to it in the bathroom.

We went in winter and it was pretty low occupancy but we enjoyed our night at the resort. The staff was very friendly and the views were beautiful. We especially loved the drinks and appetizers at the bar with the view! Unfortunately it was snowing so we couldn’t enjoy the fire pits on the patio. Quick drive to downtown!

First, the good news: The pricing was decent compared to other places in the area. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. The view was also very nice - we received an upgrade to a suite since we booked through Expedia, so we were moved to a room with a nice view. The resort is located less than 10 minutes from Whiskey Row, so it's very close to shopping and restaurants. Room service breakfast was pretty good, but we had wanted to eat in the resort restaurant. There was no staff there, so we went back up to our room to order food. We were told they were short on staff at the moment. The front desk worker was very pleasant though.
The not so good news: We had issues with both of our key cards working at our door the entire time - they said they were having issues with their cards lately. The lighting in the rooms was awful, some of the lights didn't work at all, and in one lamp, the bulb fixture had come loose and was sitting sideways, almost disconnected. The outlets were minimal and in inconvenient places. The ceilings were cracked and the carpets were loose and very old. There were cobwebs by the elevators, and the whole place seemed outdated and could use a little freshening up.
All in all, we had a "not terrible" stay here, but we won't book here again.

Beds were uncomfortable, we could hear the people in the next room very clearly through the wall till late at night. The pool was out of service the hallway to our room smelled really weird. Just feels like not a lot of effort is put into the upkeep of the place. The service was good in the lobby and restaurant. The food was ok. The view was pretty awesome because it sits high on a hill. I wouldn’t recommend it over all unless someone else takes over ownership and steps up the upkeep.

All was what we expected other than having to have to wait almost 2 hrs for our room to be cleaned. Our check in was at 3 but room wasn’t ready till 5 pm. Frustration was the hotels attitude. Oh well.

It’s a nice get away for my gal and me and enjoy pool hot tub.
4.0
This hotel has a staffing problem in the restaurant; long wait times for food. The guest rooms are dark, threadbare, and outdated. Bathroom has grunge around tub, old shower curtain. Room rates are the highest in the area. Would not recommend this hotel until the guest rooms are updated and the restaurant is staffed properly.

During our anticipated child-free getaway @ Prescott Resort, located conveniently near Whiskey Row, we encountered a series of profound disappointments. Our room, which should have been a sanctuary of rest, was marred by a loud fan & a broken safe held together with tape. Despite reaching out for assistance, the staff's indifference, particularly Steve, was disheartening. The fire pit, one of our selected amenities, remained cold & inaccessible due to staff neglect. The second night, our hopes were dashed when the same security guard turned it off & dismissed us rudely. The hot tub's overwhelming chlorine burned our eyes, contrasting with the pool's murky state. Our experiences were further soured by a broken vending machine that ate our change & the resort's lack of essential provisions like toilet paper and coffee, leading us to retrieve them from the front desk after a six-hour wait. The physical state of the resort, with its broken tiles, stained carpets, & missing elevator panels, underscored the pervasive neglect. While the stunning views & the resort's proximity to local attractions were promising, the neglectful service and poor maintenance overshadowed these potential highlights. Despite the beautiful natural surroundings, the resort's failure to meet basic hospitality standards significantly marred our stay, rendering it a place I cannot recommend. The overwhelming issues made our stay at Prescott Resort a series of disappointments. Hopefully, they correct this soon

Hotel is starting to age, one of the sinks in my room was clogged, the other the fixtures were leaking. Old Carpet, for as much as they charge here they have plenty of money to upgrade and get stuff up to snuff but they are neglecting things for sure.

Pros-- the hotel was cheap/ affordable. The beds were comfortable enough and place was quiet. Staff were friendly.
Cons: this hotel has nothing to do with a "resort". The room carpeting is a good 40 plus years old. TV is from the 80s. Took my husband 2 days to figure out how to get the sound on the tv to work. There's an overall lack of interest in keeping the hotel clean. The gym is filthy - there were no towels, no sanitizer to put on equipment after using, gym floor looks like it hasn't been cleeaned in months. Overall, a weird place and i do not recommend. No idea who could have given this place a 10 star excellent rating.

Room filthy, bathtub slow to drain clogged with hair. Sauna very poor condition and filthy (looked like sweat baked onto floor). Staff tries, but you can tell are not appreciated. Must be an ownership/management problem...

No clock in room, TV seemed stuck on mute.
Restaurant was closed. The few staff members we had contact with were very friendly and helpful.

The lady checking me in was amazing. Her name was DeLicia or DeLucia. Something like that. She made you all look great. So far so good.

Unfortunately the lobby bar was not open with the excuse that it was closed for brunch which was fine but never reopened although several guests were looking to a have a Christmas drink. Breakfast was horrible coffee was cold the whole breakfast was cold. I had to ask for toast which even the butter wasn't melted and no jam or jelly same with my husbands. I had to go search down a table for cream and sugar and same with salt and pepper. the whole place needs a makeover. we go up every christmas for the past 12 years and this will be the last time. The gingerbread houses are always wonderful but that's the only redeeming feature although Andre at the desk was great.

Nicole is a great employee and I enjoyed her great service at the restaurant/bar. The facility could use some minor upgrades to bring it up to date. Room was OK.

The TV is very small it appeared to be a 27inch TV and we had an issue with the volume.

My fiancé and I stayed here a few nights before Christmas, the hotel had Christmas decorations up and even had a section of the lobby that had gingerbread houses made by local kids on display!
The room itself was a nice size and the bed was comfortable, there were a few crumbs on the floor and the TV was a bit small and outdated.
Other than that the stay was a very pleasant one!

My Niece had a stained pillowcase. The rugs are filthy, bath area had black mold. Hallways needed renovation as well. the only part of the hotel that looks good is the reception area..It has really gone down hill since Covid. I would never put any of my clients in the hotel. I will certainly pass it along to colleagues as well. I am asking for my money back!
