Will not be staying her again

This by far was the worst hotel I stayed @. The floor was horribly stained. Looked like someone caught a body in it. The room was overall dirty. You can clearly tell that they didn’t even attempt to clean it. We stayed on the highest floor & it still sounded like someone was above us. Oh…& fair warning…the water doesn’t get hot!

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fine. My room was next to the laundry room. It was very loud and the wall next to the laundry room even vibrated. There was also a dirty tissue on the floor in my room. The first day I went to get breakfast. I got less than hakf a cup of coffee. I emptied the urn. There was no vanilla flavored creamer or sugar. The other days, breakfast was fine.

I don be happy because people work in the remodeling is invaded my privacy 3 time try open my room, end him se the room is ocupante 😡the last time went he try openy door I’m on the bed

Room could have been a lot cleaner, floor was sticky. I wiped down counters with hygienic wipes. Bed was good. Very friendly staff !

THEY SHOULD BE ASHAME OF THE CONDITION OF THAT MOTEL!! HORRIBLE DIRTY DANGEROUS!! Needs new management no one should have to stay in those rooms! Not worth the money they are charging and definitely not fit for a family with children!

I ended up changing hotels because there were noisy people, the room was a bit dirty and the place didn't seem safe

The room was nice and clean also the workers were very friendly and accommodating.

Nice enough. But looks like they didn't clean before we got there. Toilet was disgusting, microwave was dirty, trash not taken out, food was left in the freezer from previous guests.

The place is an absolute garbage. Dont go there. The bathroom drains were clogged, the room dirty. I couldn't even get clean towels from them. Absolute trash.

Just dirty and creepy. My room was clean, but the premises just gave me the jitters.

I did not like the lack of services and the stairways is smelling urines. People smoke in the stairways and there were lot of the rest of cigarettes there. The breakfast was horrible and there is no note to inform guests where they can find it. The soap and other toilet things were not adequate. Overall, I was pleased and I am not sure I will stay in that place in the future.

This is the 2nd worst Extended Stay America I have stayed at. My first clue it would be a bad place to stay should have been that there is a police substation in one of the rooms directly across from check in! The room was dirty, bbq sauce smeared on the table, the wood portion of the floor was sticky. I had issues with keys. The complex was loud and felt unsafe. I can’t believe I paid $85 to stay there someone should have to pay me. Avoid this property.

This hotel was not good. The staff member up front was nice but required that I pay again, stating that Expedia just put a hold on my card and did not withdrawal. Wrong! I was charged twice! I had to have help getting into the room as the room door was janky (had to pull door to you, pull up on handle).We even had another guest try to help us get into our room before finally going back down to the front desk. Again, front desk staff was extremely helpful and nice but over worked and strssed. The electric outlets in the bathroom and kitchenette didnt work. The bathroom was clean but there were repaired holes in the bathtub, obvious patches in the bathroom. The refrigerator and microwave were old old but functioning (not sure how since other plugins didnt work). There was quite a line of people waiting to talk to her about multiple issues. Closet door was now a curtain. Bed was clean and didnt see any bed bugs but the next morning I had a flea jump on me. Not excatly what you want to deal with when a family member is in ICU down the road. I have contacted the cooperation about the double charge and they are submitting for 1 of the charges to come off but wont know for 48 hours. Overall, would NOT recommend!

We ended up not staying at the property. It was the last room. We were told there is a $250 fine for smoking in the room. When we got to the room there was a smell of cigarettes. There was also a loud banging on the wall. It turns out the room was right next door to the laundry facilities. There was no way to sleep with the noise level. They did refund our money. There was also a lot of people hanging around outside.

Felt questions invasive of every person to be in room. I never book a full bed only for 2 adults. Don’t usually ask for any less than @ 3star. Breakfast was to be a brown bag to go! We did not stay there at all since we felt unsafe. Police substation on site.

Dogs pooped on the grass immediately outside the sidewalks by the motel doors. There were numerous "bombs" on the grass. The smell was always prevalent. This attracted flies so we had a continuous time killing flies. The numerous smokers smoked on the sidewalks beside the motel and not in the designated smoker's picnic area.

Well first of all I booked a queen bed and it was not a queen size bed. It was very dirty outside our room. The whole place is a facelift

Room was clean and overall very nice. Great location and friendly staff. The only downside is I think my bed may have been a fullsize when it was supposed to be a queen but im not sure

Check in was quick and easy once we found the tiny lobby. The staff member was very friendly informative. The room was small and had two of the smallest twin beds I’ve ever seen. The carpet in the room was gross and I didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot in the room. The shower had a used bar of soap from a previous guest and no shampoo. There was fresh soap for us on the bathroom counter. We did not get bed bugs, so that is a big plus. It worked for us for the eve and was inexpensive.

What was unique ? It was the tub which after I did take a shower very late the in the night after work the water didn’t poor down the drain. Second day at 6:30am I stop by the office and ask them to unclog it… but surprise…at 7:30pm when I return to the room the water was still in the tub…so I checked out..and I need my money back for the whole week I made the reservation…

The room was very dirty; had cockroaches everywhere. We booked a queen, got a full bed. The luggage carts were full of hair and very dirty! The breakfast was nothing but packaged food. The railings and steps were rusted and grimy! Paint was peeling from the walkways. The shower paint was peeling. Staff was nice. Holes in the bathroom door (looked like someone punched it).
