Cute place but was under construction. Easy access to freeways. Beds were very stiff.

I had a great experience at check-in, the clerk moved me to a 1st floor because of my poor mobility to walk up and down their stairs. The room faced the couryard and pool with a door. There is renovation occurring but didn't really affect us. But I sure hope part of the reno is to add insulation between floors. We could hear the folks above us walk around all night long. I don't think they slept, I know we didn't. I already use earplugs and run a fan for white noise because my husband is a loud sleeper. The walking and banging above still woke me up. No, I did not notify the front at 2 am. That was what I was asked at checkout. Would you want to relocate in your pj's?

Everything was great. Will be staying here again.

This motel is a good value. Rooms are being remodeled and are very nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only problem is there is a lot of construction because of the rooms being remodeled. Thus causing some of the hallways and entrances being closed....

Quaint hotel. Currently being renovated but workers were no bother. Friendly checkin. Loved the sauna and hot tub and balconies in each room. Will definitely return!

During check-in, the front desk confirmed our 2 night stay. Amenities are nice and the remodel is coming along really well. The room was great. However, after the first day when we came back to our room, our keys didn’t work. We went to the front desk to let them know. When we got there, they informed us that they only received payment for 1 night, and that when they went in to clean our room, they saw our stuff still there. They said that since they didn’t have a phone number on file for us, they figured we would eventually come back, so they left our things. The manager said that this was an error on the 3rd party’s end since we booked through Hotels.com. I told them that I received a confirmation email from Elev8, with that managers name on the bottom of the email, confirming our 2 night stay, and a separate confirmation letter from Elev8 with the breakdown of charges for the 2 nights. This didn’t matter. The manager recommended that we contact Hotels.com for a partial refund and that I would have to pay the front desk, out of pocket, to stay our 2nd night. We were able to speak with Hotels.com customer service, and they handled things for us, although we had to put down another security deposit for the 2nd night. Poor management and infuriating that they made no attempt to contact us, and that us confirming at check-in for 2 nights initially somehow didn’t matter. As much as we enjoyed what the hotel has, I don’t think we’ll stay here again.

We were going to be late coming into town. To ensure they did not cancel the reservation, we called and were informed it would not be an issue. Upon arrival, we were told they had no reservation for us. Hhmmm… Let's see here: at 3:40 in the afternoon, we received a message from them on the Hotels.com APP that they hoped we were enjoying our stay. The lady we spoke with when we called had already left for the day, so we were forced to pay for the room at a secret time. The night attendant commented that this happens all the time with them. If you are arriving late, I highly suggest you call and document every detail.
