It was perfect

The staff at the front desk was always friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better! The pool was open 24 hours, and a noon check out made it convenient.

The guy at front desk when we first checked in was rude. The next day we went somewhere and came back , he was on shift again. He did not greet us, or say anything. He had his face in his cell phone playing a game. Hi sad hi and he just totally ignored us. Just so rude

Price difference for upgrade to suite not excessive. Hotel is aging, 1st floor smelled like a teriyaki restaurant. Most recent remodel not well done, A/C unit sounded like a jet turbine at startup. Not dirty but not the cleanest hotel in this price range.

I don't like to complain, however, for what we paid for our room, I feel like we did not get our money's worth. This hotel property needs a major update/cleaning. The hallway carpet is torn, dated and has a smell to it. Our room had two huge sticky stains on the floor and on the side of the box spring cover. The air conditioner was loud, however, it helped mask the sounds of the road as our room faced the busy street. The breakfast offered was very mediocre. The only bread for toast was white "wonder" type bread. No additional items were offered to toast (i.e. bagels, wheat bread, etc). The coffee was out in the dining area. The eggs were rubbery and the bacon greasy. Michelle, at the front desk was very apologetic regarding our room condition and offered great customer service. We've stayed in this area before, and paid roughly the same amount, and the condition of the hotel room and breakfast were far superior to what was at the La Quinta.

Very helpful friendly staff who organized a ride to the airport when the shuttle was not available

Everything was good except the rooms are too small and I’m in a wheelchair so everything was so tight. But other than that everything was good and the building was a little too old and the key we always had hard time to open the door. We go there and it was hard to find a handicap parking spot so the parking lot is too small. But besides all that everything was good and the food was alright what we really liked it’s a pet friendly and there no pet fee

Over all good. The check in attendant could have been a little friendlier
This hotel needs more handicapped parking

This hotel needs some attention. Most of the outlets didn’t work so charging devices was challenging. The AC was extremely loud so all night it could be heard when it turned on. The door keys never worked. We had to return to the lobby several times to get them reactivated. There was a pack of drinks to purchase so bring what you need. Very inconvenient.

Absolutely awful! Dirty motel, blood stains on side of mattress, bathroom door falling apart, and tile dirty and losing grout. When we arrived there were 4 homeless waiting for rooms to be provided, one with a pit bull that lunged at another guest. We decided to check into another motel, however guest services would do nothing, and lied about the reports of homeless outside.

Ok room and service but the lady at check in was rude and extremely unprofessional. It ruined the whole experience for me.

Check in was fast and friendly. However, our room keys didnt work from the start, so we had to get them re-keyed, then, they only worked once, to get in the door, so that was a little frustrating. Room was large and bed was comfy.Breakfast had nice offerings, and the airport shuttle service is convenient to have, though we used our rental car. We would stay again, but they should really fix the room key magnetizer! We are frequent flyers, so we know how to use the room keys!

Check-in was quick and painless, staff was helpful everytime we went to the counter. Pool area was always clean, and hottub too.
Theres a parking garage which is accessible to the main floor of the building making it very convenient to bring luggage in while raining. The breakfast was great, warm food being brought out constantly. Lots of options and a great selection. Honestly will book again there for our next stay at PDX 👌

This hotel is in short distance from the airport, which makes it ideal to move around Portland. Also, fees are very competitive considering that Rose City is a relatively expensive venue. In short, the hotel has a lot of reasons to choose it.

Checked in about 6-7pm. Did some work and left to dinner at about 8pm. Came back 2hrs later and finally settled into the bed. Within 15-30 minutes of laying there I ended up getting hives all over my body. I was itchy everywhere. Immediately packed my things went downstairs and told them I’m allergic to any kind of animal hair. I was finally told that I was placed in a pet friendly room. Why? I never requested one and when I checked in the girl never told me she was putting me in one. I ended up leaving with hives all over myself and looking left to find a store that sold benedryl.

The entire hotel is ran down, the accessible room is falling apart and extremely gross, hot tub / water in the pool area was ice cold and didn’t work, they apparently knew of the problem and didn’t tell us at check in. Breakfast was medium, the coffee machine in the room was absolutely disgusting and the water from the bathroom sink was disgusting looking.

The large queen suites room was great and the 24hr pool was fun for the kids.

Stayed here with our cat and dog after we lost power at our house for 60+ hours in the freezing cold. We didn't interact much with the staff during our stay, but they were helpful and understanding when we wanted to add another night to our stay when the weather didn't improve. My husband and I didn't think we would be able to find a hotel room that accepted cats on such short notice and we couldn't bear the thought of leaving our cat behind in our cold house. We were grateful to have a warm, clean room to stay in with our pets during an incredibly stressful situation.

considering the weather (blizzard) the staff seemed to handle everything as well as any reasonable person could expect

I had an early flight out of PDX and stayed here out of convenience. The walls were paper thin and I was kept awake all night by screaming babies, a neighbor fighting with her boyfriend over the phone, and the noisiest hotel mini-fridge I’ve ever encountered.
Otherwise, the staff was friendly and the room was tidy.

our stay at this hotel was average, which based on the cost is not a good recommendation. The hotel is run down, and the amenities are well worn. The location is great, near the airport and two shopping districts nearby. To exasperate our experience we were storm-stayed in the hotel. There is just one chair and nowhere to sit or eat other than the bed. The staff were very helpful during the bad weather though, my compliments to the them.

I stayed for 1 night prior to flying out of PDX. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and the room had a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge which were really convenient. Parking was avialable in the garage or open parking lot which was safe a well lit. I didn't use any of the facilities but the staff at the front desk was very helpful getting some things printed for me. Would definitely stay again.

Due to noise concerns, we had to be moved to another room. The front desk staff was very accommodating. We had concerns about being able to sleep ahead of planned travel. Not only did they find a quieter room, but upgraded us for the inconvenience. It is very refreshing to be treated so well by staff. All people working there were kind and considerate. If it were in my power I would give them bonuses.

Very good overall. Room was clean and nice. I was comfortable and service was very good. It was quite crowded, parking was hard, card keys had issues not working.

The room was clean and bed firm and comfy but the area was not my favorite. We chose this hotel because it was close to Cascade Station but not really a good way to walk there. Also, breakfast was definitely enjoyed by many but options did not seem healthy.
