Great place to stay. Easy walking to the ball park. Clean and staff were super nice

We stayed here for Braves Fest, the location was perfect for us to be able to walk to the event. Customer service was very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. We will stay here again!

Our room was on the Rt. 285 side of the building, and the road noise was pretty bad. The staff is GREAT. The room was clean and comfortable. After we figured out the terrific dining at the Galleria, that was a treat. I wish that the parking spots were a bit wider.

Stayed with my family for an evening,because we were seeing a show at the Coco-Cola Roxy. The staff was very nice. Check-in was quick and easy. Plenty of parking. Lots of options for dining near the hotel. Was a easy walk to and from the venue.

Goodie bags for the dogs was a pleasant surprise, clean suite, comfortable pillows, great breakfast, friendly staff

Stayed here for a concert at Truist Park - perfect location with just a very short walk to the Battery/Stadium! Room was bigger than expected, very clean and staff was friendly! They even accommodated an early check-in for us. I would definitely stay here again, but only gave 4 stars for two reasons. The parking lot is extremely small. I fear that if we had gotten there late rather than early we might not have had a legitimate parking space. The other reason was that we had a hard time getting and keeping hot water in the bathroom shower. My morning shower started out hot but quickly turned lukewarm at best about 5 minutes in and was cold by the time I got out! The next person’s shower did the same thing. Merely a minor inconvenience, but worth noting. Again, overall it was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it, especially if in town for a game or event at Truist!

The hotel was great! The staff was extremely friendly. My only complaint was a one time $40 fee for having more than 1 car.

I loved the friendliness of the safe. Princely was amazing. He spoke a little too fast at moments but beyond that he made check in extremely easy. The breakfast set up is 10/10.

My room was not clean when I checked in. The toilet had crap in it. Front desk said they would mention it to the manager but no one got in touch with me.Room key Card kept deactivating and staff was not apologetic at all. My reservation was for 3 nights and I got a call after night one asking if I was ready to check out that day.

If your wanting to go to the Battery for a Braves game, this is a fantastic option! Literally a 5-10 min walk (depending on your pace) We absolutely loved the location & convenience to the Battrey & Truist park. Typical Hampton Inn, beds were comfy, staff is super nice.

Plenty of linens. Extra blanket. Able to control the thermastat. Toiletries available. I love having a nightlight. Make up mirror, plenty of counter space in the bathroom and the room. The drawers are wire baskets,which were nice.

Staff was over the top amazing! Location is phenomenal! super easy freeway access and walking distance to the stadium and restaurants. The only downside was that in our suite, the AC was literally right next to the bed. The thermostat had no in between settings. Once you set the temp, it blows cold air until it reaches the set temp. Then the heat kicks on so it wont go below the set temp. It was either blasting ice cold air or heat all night. Made it difficult to sleep.
