When I went into my room there was still a maintenance guy in the room. Then when we pulled out the pull out couch there were still items from the last visit that someone left behind and the pull out couch was dusty .

Clean/Quality property, rooms, parking, and amenities. Outstanding location, customer service, and continental breakfast. The only complaint I may offer is that the outside doors are left open to the public until 11:00 PM. This left me feeling insecure, especially with having a room right next to the stairs...

We just needed a place to stay the night because I had a headache and didn't want to be in the car any longer. This was perfect. From ease of booking to the friendly reception. The rooms were large, clean, comfortable, and most importantly quiet.

Wow! We were very impressed by the hotel and staff. Staff was very accommodating and friendly! The rooms were super clean!

This Hotel was super clean! Even the space under the beds was spotless. The breakfast was above average and the grounds were lovely, with working charge ports for those with electric cars. There were minor condition issues, including no bubbles in the Jacuzzi, repairs needed in the gym, and an uncomfortable couch in the room. Overall, however, we had a clean, comfortable, relaxing stay.

I was disappointed because we had planned to stay one night in order to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi for relaxation, but unfortunately, those amenities were unavailable due to maintenance.

This was our first visit to Carpinteria in over 30 years it remains a very cute little town with lots of things to do and see. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel which we found to be very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a little better than the usual hotel fare and the service was exceptional. The hotel ground are lush and lovely and very well maintained.
