Absolutely beautiful hotel by the sea in Ibiza. Santa Eularia is away from the party areas of he island so if you’re looking for a relaxing break in Ibiza, this is the place for you. The pool area is lovely and the sea is a few steps away. Good dining options with the rooftop restaurant and the poolside one also. Staff very helpful as well. Would visit again

Second time at this hotel and both times we had a Nightmare checkin. Really really slow. This time our room ended up having maintenance work being done so they said they’d get us another room. 2 hours later we got another room. We were only away for 2 nights and were looking forward to a chill before dinner but that didn’t happen. They’d offered us a suite for €450 a night extra which we declined - but why not offer us that? We’d have been very happy campers but in the end we were very disgruntled and disappointed. Anyway, after that all went well. The staff everywhere are lovely, helpful and friendly. Beds are really comfy. Rooms great. Roof top Bali beds (which they did give us as a “sorry”) are fabulous! Would still go again despite a rubbish start!

Good location, nice with Nikki beach next door. Hotel is very clean and good for couples. This hotel is NOT ideal for families with active children as the two main pools and Nikki Beach do not allow children to enter. The kids club is nice but no daily programme to motivate children and the kids pool although sizable is boring, in the car park area, not attended by staff for drinks and at certain times is unmanned by lifeguards. We ended up going out of the hotel to beach clubs everyday.

My husband and I weren't in Ibiza for the party scene. The hotel played soft house music at the pool and it was fantastic. The hotel isn't on either the sunrise or sunset side. Rises behind the hotel and sets behind the mountains. I usually like one of them when at a beach hotel. Only the suites have balconies and it was painful not to have one.Breakfast was absolutely amazing although doesn’t start until 8am so if you have an early activity or flight you can’t take advantage of this. Pool side service wasn't great, took a long time to order drinks. We took the Range Rover to dinner. They made our reservation at a place they recommended. Small pools without the party scene. Pretty far drive from everything. Overall beautiful hotel.

Fantastic vibe, gorgeous setting. Great location for a relaxing break while still being able to access other areas nearby.

Great stay. Would have liked if children’s pool was in the hotel though And also if there was drink service at the kids pool it would have made trip better.

Excelente service, especially the concierge staff. Great cocktails and food. The rooms are very clean and amazing DJs!

We loved the location and the style of the property and the facilities of the pool etc were lovely - although charging to use certain sunbeds seemed elitist - even in a 5* star hotel!! Also, for a "Leading Hotel of the World" to advise there was no yogurt available one morning for breakfast was, in my opinion, unacceptable. In addition, they did not automatically replace the tea/coffee in the room - that had to be requested from room service. In my opinion again that should be automatic. Also, 11 Euros for a bottle of water at dinner is excessive!!! That aside - we thought it was a beautiful hotel and if you stay in a 5* hotel you expect to pay 5* prices for food and wine.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and this one is definitely one of my favourites. It all really comes down to service. It was exceptional. From the person who parked our car to the check in, to the staff who facilitated breakfast. Which was superb by the way. We were so taken by the hotel that we spent 2 of our 3 days there in the hotel chilling by the pool and enjoying the music.

I've visited Ibiza 6 times previously and whilst initially very impressed with Me, there were some aspects which we were not at all happy with. - both my partner and I got food poisoning on the last day, were vomiting for 12 hours solid, room-bound and had to cancel a dinner we had planned (there were neighbours we heard being sick and complaining of illness at the same time as us) - phone in room did not work - shower fluctuated from boiling to cold - requests for an iron and for the phone to be fixed were not carried out, which meant lots of trips to and from reception (we were eventually moved on the second to last night) - some rude and disinterested staff members (although some were more than attentive) - we had to get up and leave dinner one evening after being completely ignored

This is a contemporary styled hotel attracting beautiful people who enjoy the sun and want to feel ( a paired down) Ibiza vibe without having to move from a sun lounger all day. The hotel is very very expensive. The service as you would expect is excellent and the quality of drinks and food very good. Breakfast is exceptional. The hotel succeeds in providing a laid back lux atmoshere with sanitised club style music playing through the day along with the odd champagne cork popping. There's a mixed age range from all over Europe and at night the hotel is fairly quiet , guests preferring to be elsewhere and / or choosing to eat around 10pm. It's dog friendly with small pooches as an accessory......don't like seeing dogs dipped into outdoor jacuzzi spas though! There are many rooms but quite limited outdoor space which spills onto lawns which is much quieter. The terrace on the top floor is very chic and a lovely place for coffee. Double sun loungers cost an addition €300 a day for guests which was a shock. Its a lovely hotel spoilt by over-charging. I don't mind paying usually but this was too much.

Gorgeous hotel in an absolutely stunning setting. We enjoyed the comfort, the laid back vibes and the facilities. We will book again for next year

Should have stayed in centre to enjoy Ibiza

Hotel shuttle service is exceedingly expensive. Ride from airport to hotel with normal taxi is about Euro 50. The hotel charges Euro 160. A 5 stars hotel would offer shuttle service as complementary service. At arrival the room was not as per our request. We requested in due advance two separate bed but at arrival we found a king bed. Due to external weather conditions the room was very cold and notwithstanding our repeated complaints all the hotel has done is to send us some blankets after a long wait. The food menu is also not of a 5 stars hotel. Room service is very slow and the food was not of the expected quality. We ordered a salad and a plate of jamon. The plate ham arrived without bread ( although was included) and the salad was not fresh. Staff was very friendly and trying really hard but appeared not very well trained. Hence the room service was slow and innacurate and we had a similar experience for breakfast.

My friend and I have just returned from a short girly break at The Me Hotel, we had a wonderful time, and would definitely return. You are made to feel so welcome from the moment you arrive, all the staff are friendly, efficient and very helpful. Breakfast is amazing, its a wonderful way to start your day, before heading off to the beach, pool or exploring the Ibiza.

If you need a taxi you will wait between 30mins to 1h depending when you want if for. If you want to chill around the pool make sure to go on the right side, as the left side with big bed is actually a supplement and you will be charge 200euros Otherwise the hotel is nice, just way too far, Nikki beach next door but nothing else around, Best is the people working there, very welcoming nice and so helpful, they do a great job, you can also use a room to get changed even if you check out which is very kind, they stored our luggage and you can kindly ask for a late check out. They also upgraded the room I would suggest anyone who go there to go at the rooftop

Superficially a fabulous hotel with an amazing breakfast choice then let down by highly priced restaurant meals (even compared to top restaurants on the island) and a poor dining experience relating to one very high priced meal of over €1000 (for a party of 9 with two babies) in the pool side restaurant at dinner time where the meals for the table appeared to be randomly produced so that starters and mains were delivered together for some and not at all for others after an hour and a half wait.

To far form everything else. It is a ver y good place tio go with Famile annd kids far Form all The Noisy places. The hotel id very very expensive e, the roms aré minimalista so thete si no place to put even your toothbrush. I wont recomend it at all.

Great Hotel all round and the staff were perfect and really did help to make the stay there fantastic. Breakfast was superb and the views from the pool area are great. Only downside to the hotel is the sun beds been very uncomfortable . Otherwise a truly great hotel !

We had a great stay at this beautiful resort. Everything was brand new. My frustrations were that there was no where to even get a bottle of water without paying 6-8 Euro at the bar and you even had to pay for ice. The rate seemed great,but you get nickeled and dimed on everything. Overall a tranquil place for a couples getaway!

- no replacement of bedding, gels or minibar - dirty unwashed dressing gowns and too bedding - front desk staff untrained - very poor when compared to Agua de Ibiza - Nikki Beach club was excellent

Had a fab time on a recent hen weekend .... Perfect relaxing place with a cool vibe after a night out on the party island . The "other" side of Santa Eulalia from ibiza town so expect a 30-40 euro cab ride to most places Right next to Nikki Beach x

I read a review that said this place has bad food and boy were they CORRECT. The best way to describe the food is that it's just WRONG. Some of the dishes are ok in theory, but the execution is ALL WRONG. Other than that, the hotel itself seems a little confused. It's neither classy, nor cool but they'll charge you as if they are both. I can see what they are trying to accomplish but, again, the execution is not quite there. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone. This isn't because I disliked my stay there. But I didn't LIKE my stay either.

I am not alone in the criticism of this hotel. We had 8 rooms for friends all in ibiza for a wedding. Check in is 1st problem, they took £1400 out of my account as a holding fee for incidentals. This was in fact not held but debited! The main issue is staff, no urgency for anything ever! no one had a clue what was going on.There are no staff to come round the pool & gardens with drinks or food, you have to find them, often difficult, getting them to come to you to order food is also a task in itself. There's a v limited menu, no fish & v little meat, overpriced & diabolical. Some nights the bar stayed open lateish other nights it wasn't open after 12pm, all very odd. They don't do wine by the glass either. All showers in each room leaked as the door seal & door didn't fit, leaving giant puddles across the room, the air con doesn't stay on, you have to keep turning it on, the light in the shower is motion sensitive I am guessing, it constantly goes on & off! Call room service or concierge they say they will call you back to see what you want, they never do, 3 times we had to go to reception for help. We ordered a coffee on rooftop bar, it It took 50mins & lots of asking. we got stuck in the lift with a baby. Take an iron as getting hold of one is impossible. It's like a hotel run by students who have no clue what to do. Cleaning staff ignore the privacy sign & hallways are extremely noisy through the thin modern door. The English on 80% of staff was very limited.

It was a new hotel still being finished out but the unbelievable service, cleanliness, and location more than made up for the little things. The staff was absolutely beautiful and accommodating! If you want a real Ibiza experience without the club scene and riff raff this is the place.
