The location was excellent, near the airport, easy to get to and out of. Check-in was fast, room spacious, clean, overall very nice. The property is located in a building that it shares with another hotel. Pay attention to this when booking because this impacts on the possibility to get the breakfast buffet. They were able to check me out late, as my flight was leaving at night, so that was also a plus.

I hated that it did not have breakfast. Why would you go to the hotel near the airport and not have breakfast available? I did not pay attention to this when booking otherwhise I would never have booked this hotel. They do not have an option to pay for a breakfast buffet and you need to go to the restaurant in the hotel to get breakafast (really nice restaurant btw, good food etc), I wanted to get out and explore the city, but with all the sitting down and ordering breakfast and the time it took to do that made everyting so slow we decided to stay in the hotel.

It was close to the hotel

The hotel was great but Chicago was too cold for this So Cal dude. The hotel was warm and inviting.

The beds were very comfortable. I slept very well. The pillows were excellent. I also liked that the shampoo and soap products were Dove. Our flight was delayed so we didn't check in until 1 am. I asked for a courtesy late check out and was given the maximum. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The shuttle service is a little unreliable. Our flight was delayed due to Storm Finn and I called the hotel to let them know we wouldn't be checking in at our estimated arrival time of 11 pm. Our delay meant check in would likely be closer to 12:45 or 1 am. I mentioned that I had young kids under the age of 7 and wanted to make sure we wouldn't be waiting too long. They took note of my new arrival time and told me to call the shuttle service line once we landed. The shuttle line is a pre-recorded message that just tells you where pickup is at O'Hare. I called Front Desk to let them know we were waiting with young children and they instructed me to call the shuttle line. We were waiting for 30 min which isn't that long but with restless and tired children, that's forever. In the end, another hotel company kindly took us to our hotel. When we got to our hotel at 1 am, the shuttle was just sitting parked...to which our driver said, "He usually sits there for a long time". It was 1 am so not sure how many guests are really going to the airport at that hour. The shuttle to the airport the next day was fine. Driver was on-time, polite and very helpful.

Room and amenities all met expectations. It wasn't my first time staying here, but had a different room on a different floor this time. Room and bathroom were both clean and comfy.

My partner got a minor cut on her toe from some glass shard that was in the swimming pool. It wasn't too bad, and we managed to get her patched up with the first aid supplies in the facility.

The hotel itself was nice.

The staff was really rude and disrespectful and when I asked the worker Elizabeth if I could speak to her manager, she told me that the manager wasn’t there. I will never stay here again.

I had made a reservation specifying I needed a room for 3 people (2 adults, 1 child). I was given a room with only one bed. I had to sleep on the floor, because nothing else was available.

Sehr nahe am Flughafen Chicago O‘Hare. Gratis Transfer vom und zum Flughafen die ganze Nacht. Tolle Betten, sehr saubere Zimmer.

The beds were pure luxury! Rooms new and very clean! The shuttle service was excellent!! Loved the restaurant in building!!

Free airport shuttle made it easy to get to downtown area with the train. Perfect for us for visiting Chicago on our first day of the trip.

mais un homme afro americain n’était pas agréable, infecte et parlait très mal. Je ne l’ai pas apprécié. De plus ils nous ont fait payer une caution de 50 dollars américains nous avons donc payé le prix de base + 50 dollars américains. Ce monsieur nous a dit nous les rendre à notre départ et devait me donner le reçu de notre paiement mais ils ont dit que lla machine était en panne à notre départ donc que il m’enverrait le reçu de notre paiement ( chambre payée le jour de notre arrivé) ainsi que la confirmation que les 50 dollars seraient remboursé dans les 2 jours. Nous devions prendre un avion donc je ne pouvais pas attendre . Il m’a dit m’envoyer tout ça par mail. Toujours est il que nous n’avons pas eu le remboursement des 50 dollars à notre départ. Je vous remercie donc De bien vouloir faire le nécessaire afin que l’on soit remboursé de ces 50 dollars. J’aimerais aussi avoir mon reçu comme il l’avait dit . Portions in the restaurant were huge. Only had dinner there.

The airport-hotel van was too small. It filled up before my wife and I could get on and we had to wait an additional 30 minutes for another. That meant we arrived only 15 minutes prior to the restaurant closing and we hadn't eaten all day. Bar closed at the same time as the restaurant, 9:00. It should have stayed open until 10:00 or 11:00 for us late night barflies.
