I liked the breakfast area and the room

Very difficult to find from the airport itself. On foot with bags in tow. Plus, don’t drink at the bar inside the hotel unless you are willing to pay $9.00+ per domestic beer which the bartender will not inform you of nor are you given a drink menu to know what you’re paying. I called and left a message for the GM, but he never returned my call. You decide whether you want to spend your night, time, and money here. My experience is true and I know I will never spend another dime here.

It was clean, comfortable, and I enjoyed the ease of checking in and out. The breakfast was a plus and the staff were nice.

The hotel had awful smell, the hallway was dark, my bathroom had hair on the ceiling , towels and on the toilet. The breakfast was not so good.we had to pay for parking even tho we paid 220 for hotel per night .

Tv didn’t work, no tv signal for my whole stay. Shower was dirty. Paid $20 for parking but there were no parking spots so I was told to park at the hotel next door that I was not staying at. Big party in the lobby the family was extremely loud all night. Property is very out dated and old. Breakfast was not ready at the time that it was advertised to be done. so we were forced to leave and go buy breakfast because we didn’t have time to wait longer. When spoke to supervisor about my unpleasant stay, he was extremely rude and hung up on my face.

Check in was fast and efficient. Room was nice, clean and comfy. The shuttle is awesome. The breakfast was great. The front desk very nice.

Excellent location, walked to Allstate Arena!

We stayed one night for a concert. There was absolutely no hot water left at 10am, before checkout time. Also, we forgot to put up the sleeping sign, and had housekeeping knock on our door three times starting at 8am.

In a few words everything. It was so clean conveniently close to places to eat and shop and also within walking distance to the Allstate arena which is why we were there. Oh and also liked the bar in the lobby.

Nothing bad to say about this place

The room was very spacious and clean. I have a big family and we all fit well and comfortably. I really loved the shower with enough shampoo, and conditioner for everyone. *The food was amazing and warm. The staff in the kitchen were helpful and friendly. Good staff.

The price was a little bit high, but I think Chicago is expensive.

The staff was absolutely great- friendly and knowledgeable. The location was very convenient for us because we needed to get to the airport the next morning and it was surrounded by a variety of good places to eat. The Hyatt Place was easy to find too! We were pleasantly surprised that there was food and nut just pastries available for breakfast. Oh, the shower products are great! I seriously need to find out if I can buy those. Loved the size of the bathroom and especially the shower. The size of the room was perfect. Having a couch in the room really made it work for us. The water pressure in the shower is amazing!!

I didn't like that there was a large patch of something sticky in the carpet of our room- other than that it was perfectly clean. No one in our family is able to have regular milk so it would have been nice to have an alternative available for breakfast and non- dairy creamer food coffee. It would have been great to have fresh berries available for breakfast and not just bananas , oranges, and canned fruit. The exhaust fan in our bathroom didn't seem to be working. The toaster didn't toast the bread, it was more charred than toasted. I've never seen that happen before. Lol

Great room, customer service, indoor pool and gym, and amazing that they provide shuttle service

During the night, there were people running up and down the hallway - almost like staff playing tag, not realizing we were on the floor. When we were leaving in the shuttle to get to the airport, we had to wait an extra 10 minutes - the driver said the owner was coming with us. Noone showed up and it was frustrating since our shuttle was so early in the morning. Everyone else was there on time.
