We had a prepaid room but when we tried to check in there were no employees there. We were exhausted after traveling many hours that day and had to wait for about 45 minutes for someone to show up to get us a room. Totally unacceptable.

When I arrived at the hotel. The power had been out in Twin Falls for over two hours. The girls that helped me were so kind and sweet, and although there was a lot of pressure on them, they were very professional. I was happy when I walked in the room and saw how beautiful And how clean it was for such a reasonable price

The room was very small and our toilet would not stop running. We got a room with a connecting door to the next room and we could hear every single thing said and done from the other room as they were fighting, smoking marajuana in their room, and partying with loud music. The quality and lack of variety was terrible.

The floor of the room was filthy. I spilled a little water and when i wiped it up the white washcloth was black. Ruined the place for me.

The check in was good and quick. The room looked clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was cold and tasted terrible. No room to sit and eat. Had to go back to the room.

Great service. Clean room. Skipped breakfast as it was pretty unappealing. Was woken up at 7:40am (after arriving around midnight) by what I assume was construction or cleaning crews blasting music in what seemed to be the next room over.

We paid extra for the room with the couch was told they didn't have couches so i think they should take the pictures off it eas 10 a day extra

Book a king suite online with a jacuzzi tube and paid but when I checked in they said pets were not allowed in the suites and would not refund the difference saying because I paid online the could not refund the 50$ difference

The hotel appears to have just been taken over by best western. They are in the process of getting it cleaned up and remodeled. The surface is clean and the bed is comfy and clean sheets. The room we were in could use a deep clean of the doors, baseboards, and walls. It’s in a really good central location.

Lobby was being remodeled, and was a mess, but manageable.

Bed super cheap and uncomfortable. Was loud and kitchen area was under construction so not really a full continental breakfast available. Only good part of our stay was staff.

Great stay. The receptionist had the most amazing big brown eyes, gorgeous! They should salt the parking lot, only complaint.

Standard lower mid-range chain motel. Noisy AC/heater in the first room, so changed to a second room. Heater quit working within the first hour, so changed to a third room. Finally, all was OK. Staff was friendly.

I left my laptop and bag in the room. I left without realizing my mistake. Lo and behold, I was called and the laptop saved for me so I coud retrieve it. So very honest and caring staff!

A dog was left in a room at 6:30AM and barked in distress for 30 minutes. Not the hotels fault, but made it a tough morning. Heating was all over the place and no bedding- just sheets and a thin blanket. Clean though!
